We're using their AI Shopping Assistant that adds a "Looking for Specific Info?" widget to our product pages. It has exceeded my expectations in terms of accuracy and providing immediate answers to customers, increasing conversions. Over 25% that interact with the widget convert to purchasers. The admin panel is also intuitive and provides great analytics as well as showing every AI response and conversation. The onboarding could have been better, but we worked through the confusion and issues with the ConversionBox team. They seem to be growing and could probably benefit from a clearer support platform vs. direct communication, as nice as that is. I find ConversionBox to be an amazing product. It's been great for adding filters, pull-downs, and search features to our recently renovated website. It makes my job a lot easier and helps customers find us more easily. I use the search engine ConversionBox offers for my website, and it's much better than the standard one. It is very intuitive and makes looking for items easier. My customers can find what they are looking for, which converts to sales and happy customers. Being a Marketing Director and Website Manager, I work with a lot of 3rd party apps and platforms and rarely have I had someone that has helped me as quickly and with great results like Suren from ConversionBox has. We switched our search engine on our website to ConversionBox recently for a couple of different reasons. One, they were less expensive and two the look of their search was more appealing to me. At first the way ConversionBox did a search was not like our old search app so it confused our customers and our sales team from time to time. I took these differences to Suren and within minutes he would change the code or do some sort of magic and whatever I needed changed was changed.
