What do you like best about Convay?

I love this platform for its simple yet professional touch. This platform have a very user friendly interface and the onboarding process was also very easy for this platform. This platform have a reliable performance with capabilities to take on both online and physical meetings. The home page is clean and have professional look with less crowded features which is really good. Capabilities to manage meetings and attendees is good with platform. Its capabilities that support whiteboarding, Subtitles, creating polls and sharing meeting files above other presenting capabilities ensures the efficiency of the communication. The capabilities of this platform to manage device and create analytics is also worth mentioning. The pricing of this platform is also moderate. The live transcription in this platform which can be activated with a single click when the meeting begins. The multilingual transcription of this platform is really good and impressive. What do you dislike about Convay?

I love most part of this platform but I wish that this platform have better AI facilities that could schedule or even automate task during the meeting session. Mentioning about AI, I also wish that there was an AI chat facilities which could assist the emergency needs while in meeting. What do you like best about Convay?

The best thing I like about this platform is it brings video meetings, team messaging, file sharing, and other AI-powered meeting summary tools, such as transcriptions and task tracking, into a single ecosystem. Their AI-generated meeting minutes and action item extraction help reduce manual follow-up work, while the strong security controls and deployment flexibility make it suitable for our organization handling sensitive information. What do you dislike about Convay?

This platform offers a broad range of capabilities, which also creates some issues for our new users, which is also a downside. Teams transitioning from standalone tools like Zoom or Google Meet may need time to fully understand this platform, right from utilising all collaboration and governance features which they have. Their overall platform intuitiveness should be polished more on this aspect. What do you like best about Convay?

I really like Convay for its secure and user-friendly experience, along with its smooth screen sharing and reliable collaboration features that make remote work easier and more efficient. The AI meeting summaries are a big help because Convay automatically captures key discussion points and action items, so I don’t need to take detailed notes manually. This also makes follow-ups easier after meetings. I'm also impressed with how I can present documents, dashboards, or demos without lag or interruptions during team meetings or client presentations. What do you dislike about Convay?

A few areas could be improved in Convay: The mobile app performance can sometimes feel slower during large meetings. What do you dislike about Convay?

Yeah. The platform works well overall, but some advanced customization and reporting features could be improved. I also like to see more, third-party integrations because I use a lot of CRM integrations, so that would be helpful. And a slightly more modern UI in certain actions. Overall, the experience has been positive, but there is still some room for improvement in, let's say, analytics customization options and integration facility flexibility. I found Convay's carrier matching to be like its secret sauce, particularly enjoying the automation of the auction process and assigning carriers to loads. The automated price setting is impressive, dynamically generating and guaranteeing fair, transparent pricing by analyzing historical shipment data, current spot market trends, and route density. Convay rates are averaging below $2 per mile, some well under $1 per mile. Many drivers feel pressured to bid within those ranges or accept low rates, knowing they can't make a profit running that cheap. I give this a thumbs down for all the hard-working truckers. What do you like best about Convay?

I like Convay because it offers live transcription and translation which makes distributed international teams work more smoothly. I also find the support for very large webinars and town halls useful for enterprises, universities, and the public sector.
