At first, I was hesitant to take on another subscription as part of my monthly expenses. Still, signing up for Constant Contact turned out to be a worthwhile investment. Their design team helped me build a professional email template, and once that was set up along with uploading my contact lists and committing to a weekly email routine everything started to click.
The results came sooner than I expected. I received an inquiry from someone who had been following my email updates and wanted to interview me about listing their home. Now my email marketing program runs smoothly, and I can easily update and send my weekly newsletters. On occasion I need assistance to change or fix something, some items can still be complicated. Overall, the return on investment has been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I uploaded my old and new contacts, I was temporarily locked out of the system because they were skeptical about the source of my contact information. I explained that I had used multiple CRM systems over the years, and these contacts were an accumulation from those various platforms. After a lot of effort and a frustrating period of time, they restored my access and the system was back up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Thank you, Tracy, this is a great story to hear. Turning weekly newsletters into an actual listing inquiry is exactly the kind of return on investment we want every Constant Contact user to earn back, and it's great that your design team collaboration got you set up right from the start. We're sorry the contact upload verification process locked you out and cost you time and frustration, that's a real gap between protecting our senders and supporting a realtor with a legitimate, varied contact history. If you run into that again or want a smoother path for future list uploads, reach out to us directly so we can get ahead of it before it slows you down.
