Compliance Manager is a tool used by our compliance vendor. I don't have much to compare it to, however from what I've seen it is easy to use and allows us to provide all necessary documentation to meet our CMMC compliance.
I wish that the software was a bit easier to navigate.
It seems like there are too many menus to navigate.
Either way, our compliance vendor is able to send us direct links to the sections that need input so its not a huge problem.
We are required by DoD contracts and client contracts to provide proof of CMMC compliance.
This software allows us to manage and maintain that required level of compliance.

We're able to ensure that our intra-office procedures are tuned to the requirements outlined by CMMC along with our compliance vendor.

Potential pitfalls based on how I manage my risk analysis, as well as the frameworks that I use and how I would blend those in to ensure i continue to have proper data.
Right now, no particular problems, I only did a demo of the system, the benefits is being able to manage risk, compliance and governance in one dashboard without issues.
Makes learning and running HIPAA audits go smoothly. Resources, support, and processes are top notch
