I also love that I can customize each widget’s design, including colours, fonts, and layouts so everything fits my brand perfectly. On top of that, a huge plus for me is the in-depth analytics available for each widget. Being able to monitor performance through metrics like impressions and engagement helps me understand what’s working and see exactly how each widget contributes to my site’s goals. **What do you dislike about Common Ninja?** The price jumps feel a bit steep when you need to scale from one or two widgets to a larger suite. Also, some of the more advanced styling options like custom CSS editing are limited to the higher-tier paid plans. **What problems is Common Ninja solving and how is that benefiting you?** It eliminates the need for expensive custom web development, and it has significantly boosted my site’s conversion rates. Visitors now see a professional, trustworthy site that looks like it had a much higher production budget than it actually did. ### 2. Website makes no mention of custom plans having a minimum. Regular plans include huge jumps in costs when specific numbers of widgets are needed. Customer service is arrogant and dismissive. **What problems is Common Ninja solving and how is that benefiting you?** Displaying media to potential clients. ### 3. These widgets are also great if you are working with Elementor. **What do you dislike about Common Ninja?** As far as feedback, I wish that there were more widgets. For example, a LinkedIn post feed widget would be ideal for us. I also wish I didn't have to upgrade to make adjustments to the CSS. **What problems is Common Ninja solving and how is that benefiting you?** Their widgets make it easier to produce content on my website faster than it would be for me to create myself. ### 4. I needed flexible tooltip content and the ability to use many hotspots with varying colour schemes. All have worked well! ### 5.
