## About Coachsoft
Coachsoft is Dutch practice management software for independent coaches, trainers and therapists. It keeps client records, scheduling, session notes, coaching programmes, contracts and invoicing in one place, so a sole practitioner no longer needs a separate tool for each task. You plan a session, write the note from that session, share it securely with your client, and turn it into an invoice in one click. Clients get their own portal showing past sessions, the notes you shared with them, and what is scheduled next. Built-in AI prepares a briefing before each session and drafts session notes from your own shorthand; it runs on Coachsoft's own infrastructure in the Netherlands, never sends client records to an external AI company, and can be switched off entirely. Everything is stored on servers in the Netherlands with daily backups and a data processing agreement included. One price of EUR 39 per month, unlimited clients, no add-on modules, fourteen days free without a credit card.
