What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?

What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?

Area1 provides clear descriptions of why emails have been detected as malicious (as opposed to just one-word categorization). Their customer support is also very helpful when responding to support requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?

Their detections still require a bit of tuning (though 100% accuracy is never expected). Additionally, the time it takes to receive a response from support is somewhat inconsistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Area 1 email security just works"

What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?

Our experience with Area 1 has shown it to be very accurate in classifying malicious and suspicious emails. In one instance when we noticed a problem, it had been resolved by the time we contacted them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cloudflare One (SASE)?

The extra attention around supply chain compromise. Detections of the BEC Type 3 where email threads are hijacked were mostly detected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cloudflare One (SASE)?

The user interface needs work to be an all-around useful tool for any style of job - analyst, engineer, program lead. It can be difficult to extract information from the portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
