"Simple and Reliable File Storage for Everyday Work"
What do you like best about CloudFiles?

I use CloudFiles mainly to store and share design files with my team, and it has been very reliable so far. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, even for someone using it for the first time. Uploading and organizing files is straightforward, and I like how quickly I can access my documents from anywhere.

One feature I find especially useful is external file sharing. It allows me to send files to colleagues or clients without worrying about broken links or access issues. The setup process was also very simple, so I was able to start using it without any complications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudFiles?

One thing I noticed is that it can be a bit difficult to find detailed support or guidance when you have specific questions. It would be helpful if there were more tutorials or faster customer support options available for users who need assistance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Free, secure, and easy to use"
What do you like best about CloudFiles?

I find CloudFiles better than other cloud apps and its user interface is also very good. It is free and easy to use. Once a document or file is uploaded, all documents can be easily retrieved by logging into any other device. It is safe and its privacy policy is also good. I do not trust other cloud services, but I trust CloudFiles. Additionally, the setup process was very easy, although the password needs to be made a bit stronger. "Secure Auto-Save Eases Anxiety, Speed Needs Improvement"
What do you like best about CloudFiles?

I use CloudFiles for my work as a case manager, and it's great for sharing and syncing files safely, especially considering HIPAA regulations. I appreciate the privacy and easy accessibility it provides in a secure manner, and it ensures that everything is saved and backed up accordingly. I really like that I don't have to manually save things, which eases a lot of my anxiety. The auto-save feature is particularly valuable for me because it ensures that all information is up to date and accurate, allowing me to track changes. It gives me peace of mind knowing that even if my computer shuts off, my work is saved and client data is secure. The initial setup of CloudFiles was surprisingly easy, and I learned it faster than most other servers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudFiles?

Perhaps the speed, when I am using it at home vs at the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable File Management with Minor Search Limitations"
What do you like best about CloudFiles?

I use CloudFiles primarily as a secure and reliable platform for storing, organizing, and sharing files across teams. I like that it helps streamline document management by providing easy access to important files from anywhere. I really like its reliability and performance—uploads and downloads are generally fast. The standout features for me are its easy-to-use interface, which is clean and intuitive, so uploading, organizing, and finding files takes very little effort. The initial setup of CloudFiles was as easy and great to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudFiles?

One area is advanced search and filtering - it can be limiting when trying to locate specific files. When I search for a keyword, the search results are not granular enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quick, Straightforward File Sharing with a Clean, Hassle-Free Setup"
What do you like best about CloudFiles?

The best thing about this platform is that it is very quick and straightforward. We can upload files and also create and share links in an instant with ease. Their interface is very clean and does the work of sharing the file easily. Their initial setup is also hassle-free, which is a good thing compared to the other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudFiles?

Their platform sometimes feels quite minimal, though it's simple, but this platform lacks some advanced features, like team collaboration, file versioning, and some deeper integrations as well. For mid-size and larger teams, their workflow structure feels a bit limited as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CloudFiles: Versatile, Safe, but Needs UI Tweaks"
What do you like best about CloudFiles?

I use CloudFiles to save my files online safely and share them with others, which helps me save space on my device and effectively save and share files. It's great that it's a one-point sharing and storage device for my workplace online. I love that it lets me download files online and reset them in the settings. It also lets me watch my work in real time and see who is watching or working on my files. Initial setup was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudFiles?

Sometimes it has a little bugs, maybe I'm the only one who has faced it, but sometimes data gets erased in real-time while typing. The screen user interface can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionized HR Automation with Advanced Flow Features"
What do you like best about CloudFiles?

I use CloudFiles for automation and document management, and I love how it can easily identify document types, extract relevant fields, and automatically update employee profiles. It's like having a digital assistant that never gets tired of paperwork. The Flow automation and documenting AI are cool features that really increase our efficiency. We end up saving hours, which we can then spend on high-value work like talent development and resolving complex employee issues. It's really the wow factor for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudFiles?

It's flexible but comes with complexity. The issue is setting up advanced flows to trigger document actions; it is not always intuitive for all especially for non tech employees. We wish for more pre-built HR templates, so there's no need to build logic from scratch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use CloudFiles for easy document organization, automation for repetitive tasks, quickly generating documents, and tracking file engagement. It helps by arranging files in one organized system connected to each client or deal, automating most of the work I previously had to do manually, and allowing me to see engagements, so I know if files have been opened. I like that it makes my work feel lighter and more organized without me trying too hard. Everything is in one place, the automation actually helps, and document generation is super quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudFiles?
