The training they provide is outstanding — that’s number one for us. Their team takes the time to ensure we fully understand the system and how to use it effectively.

What do you like best about Circle Commerce?

We can customize almost everything and they are easy to communicate with. The people we talk to are all easy to speak English to versus other services we have where they don't speak English or I can't understand them and they are in another country. Also it's very fast and I know some things are a lot more affordable compared to the team that does our website. They have a lot of customizable logic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle Commerce?

We have to pay for customizations, they aren't free. The interface is like a business interface, it doesn't look new like my iPhone with the glass UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Circle Commerce?

I like how Circle Commerce quickly shows the history for products, which really helps in locating missing items and understanding who moved them and when. The reports from Circle are great because they help us find shipping trends, making it easier to optimize product locations for efficient picking. I'm also impressed by the variety of reports Circle offers. Whether it's a general overview or highly-specific queries, I can easily get the information I need. Plus, the speed of the Circle program impressed me when I first started using it. The training for Circle was easy to understand and built upon my previous work experience. Exporting reports to Microsoft Excel is smooth, and I've had no problems with that process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Circle Commerce?

What do you like best about Circle Commerce?

I really appreciate working with Circle Commerce because I know everyone on their team, and they've taken the time to fully understand our business and what we need. Whenever we have a request for a new system feature, a webservice, or a custom report, I can reach out, and they understand exactly what I'm asking for and deliver it. I value their thoughtful suggestions when they think there's a better way to accomplish something. I love that when I flag something as urgent, they handle it immediately, without lengthy escalations, solving issues quickly. It's clear they genuinely care about our success, making working with them a great experience. Their personalized attention, quick response times, and collaborative problem-solving directly impact our ability to operate smoothly and grow our business, making them an asset to our team. This is not a 'dislike' but an improvement - While our experience with Circle Commerce has been very positive overall, like with any partnership, there's always room for improvement. My improvement I would like to see is already in the works - a new mobile application. We are excited to move to their new mobile.
