What do you like best about Chowly?

Chowly helped increase my 1st party sales volume. I was skeptical at first with AI, but after seeing the outcome after 3 months, owning more customer data, the marketing strategies, giving me back more time, its helped a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chowly?

What do you like best about Chowly?

Chowly has made it easy to manage all our online orders in one place. Before we had tablets from every delivery app cluttering the hoststand and someone had to re-enter every order into the POS. Now everything automatically prints right to the kitchen and just works so we don't have to think about it. Their customer support really stands out. Their team helped build our website and online ordering quickly, and they’ve been incredibly responsive any time we have a question. They’re quick to respond and genuinely invested in our success. The platform itself is simple to use. Having one centralized place that connects all our 3rd party delivery, our website, loyalty program, direct online orders, marketing, and SEO is saving us countless labor hours. What do you dislike about Chowly?

There’s honestly very little to dislike. Like any tech company, some new features roll out with minor bugs, but their team is transparent and collaborates with us to fix them quickly. There could be some more customization option for restaurants offering catering through their website, but that functionality is likely coming soon. What do you like best about Chowly?

The integration process is straightforward, and the platform supports all of my integrations seamlessly. The support team is always available to assist with both technical issues and strategic growth needs. I appreciate having a single point of contact for all my brands, who is consistently receptive to feedback and proactive in suggesting new features that could help improve my bottom line. The central portal is user-friendly and makes it simple to access reports and insights about my customers and sales. Implementation was smooth, thanks to the outstanding team behind the service. What do you dislike about Chowly?

There are a few additional features I would like to see Chowly introduce to truly make them the best. However, based on my experience, they seem responsive to feedback, so I expect many of these improvements will be implemented soon. For example, a dynamic recommendation engine for first-party sales is currently lacking. What do you like best about Chowly?

I appreciate Chowly's ability to handle all online ordering through a dedicated website they created for my restaurant, Fan Tan, which has made the process seamless. The integration with my POS system, introduced by our POS provider, has been smooth and eliminated the need for a dedicated employee to manually input orders from delivery platforms like DoorDash and Grubhub. This automation has saved me significant time and human resources, as the system aggregates online orders and prints them directly, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, the integration with Google Ads has improved the profitability of my advertising campaigns; initially, the ROI was flat, and now it has improved significantly, reaching around twelve times the original. Chowly's customer service is notably responsive, with the ability to resolve issues swiftly either over the phone or through email, often getting back to me the same day. What do you dislike about Chowly?

What do you like best about Chowly?

Huge thanks to the Chowly support team! They professionally handled our website and SEO setup, guiding us through a few quick Zoom meetings to get everything launched.
