Ease of use. I have several accounts for different organizations. We use the text and voice calls several times a week. We notify thousands of members every month about meetings, emergencies, and special announcements. Everyone is notified within seconds.
What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?
The system gets a bit pricey with larger groups.

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?
Text-em-All is a comprehensive communication tool that keeps our members informed of upcoming events, changes to scheduled events, and emergency situations. The system is fairly easy to use and makes calls quickly to the roster of everyone within our fraternal organization.
What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?
The portal for Text-em-All retains all previous messages and can be tedious when trying to sort through old messages that have been completed. This catalog is a minor nuisance, but the system can be cumbersome when sorting older items or clearing cache from old calls.
What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system keeps our members informed in a timely fashion and allows us to easily communicate when information is vitally necessary to safety and wellbeing.

The platform is easy and straightforward to use. Groups can be easily created to streamline notification process.
What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?
Need a better mobile platform. I am not aware of a good mobile version for a tablet or phone.

Emergency notification to managers get sent out fast! It is an excellent way to notify staff in the event of an emergency.

Recommendations to others considering Text-Em-All:
During a hurricane a few years ago this service was invaluable in letting people know the condition of our property and whether they could access or not. That one thing is worth every penny we pay but we get so much more in communication.

I rarely have anyone complaining about communication. It is also very easy to be selective about sending messages by establishing groups.
