"Text-ellence"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

We're a volunteer organization, we use call-em-all to confirm attendance to Informational sessions, volunteer tasks, training and etcetera.

I like most that we're able to determine the head count at our Informational Sessions a few hours before the event. it has been very helpful for us in that capacity, which is why we expanded our use of the app

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

I would like to add hyperlinks, and have other capabilities integrated similar to using a typical smart phone

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

As we work with volunteers from the community they don't always respond to phone calls, or emails. Call-em-all has enabled us to have a hassle-free approach to inform that we need them to contact us, (and whether there is an emergency or non-emergency circumstance). As well as to determine if registrants will attend or need to reschedule to attend an Informational Session by replying "yes" or "no" to the text...Thank you so much, life is much easier!!

"Best Emergency Contact and Employee Messaging Platform!"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

Call-Em-All is the easiest software to use for emergency notifications, important messaging, etc. for our employees. The ability to pre-schedule notifications for our employees and offer messaging through the mobile applications is very helpful. I like the ability to prepurchase credits for future use as well.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

I would like for Call-Em-all to offer either customized reporting or offer a report that identifies contacts that do not respond to messaging rather than just a report that shows who responds. I have to take that report and compare it to the entire list to see who didn't respond. I have suggested this several times to Call-Em-All and have been told it is under consideration, but no plans at this point to develop.

Recommendations to others considering Text-Em-All:

If you are not a frequent user, take advantage of the Pay as You go option to purchase credits for future use.

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ability to contact our employees with inclement weather notifications, work outages, etc. This has help out employees stay informed with up to date information.

"Call-Em-All is great to communicate with patrons for last minute cancellations and emergencies."

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

I like how simple it is to use. You upload your list, record a call on your phone, and then boom it's done.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

I wish we had a little more time than 30 seconds for the default time limit. 45 seconds would be better.

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

For a major theater, Call-Em-All has been a great tool when you need to contact 500 people with precise information in the event of a cancellation or emergency (wildfires here in CA). Not everyone checks their email regularly and a phone call is great if folks are already on their way. We've brought our numbers waaaaay down in terms of people still showing up to the theater for a cancelled performance by reaching out to them in this way.

"Church Use of Call-Em-All Service"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

I like the ability to compose voice messages and text messages from either desktop computer or via my cell-phone. I also like the ability to schedule when i want the messages distributed.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

Have had the service for a few years, however, the voice messages from 2018 and 2017 are no longer available.

Recommendations to others considering Text-Em-All:

This is a great product for keeping Church members informed via telephonic robo-calls and text messages. Easy to configure and deliver messages. Should be considered as part of Church Emergency Operations Plan.

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

Notifying church members of church closures, emergency issues, programs and activities.

"Senior Living Notification System"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

We use Call-Em-All to notify our residents of planned and emergency utility outages, changes to programs, and many other types of announcements. It works great! One number to dial, not 425. Can be used in office, at home or on the road. The mobile app is actually as easy or easier to use than the desktop. You never know when you'll be when a need arises. Having multiple users prepared to send messages also allows us to use the system when a user is on vacation.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

We have yet to find a problem with the system, after nearly 5 years of use. Sometimes, a resident deactivates the system by mistake, pressing "1" at the prompt. it is not difficult to reactivate them, with their permission, however.

Recommendations to others considering Text-Em-All:

Make your lives easier; get peace of mind and an assurance that your calls, made from the office, home or the road, will be received as scheduled.

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

Notifying 425 Senior residents can be nearly impossible. We used to have to go door to door, or make as many individual phone calls to make a notification. Now, we make one call through Call-Em-All and are assured contact with all residents. We've also added family member contacts, in the case of an evacuation order. One can never be too safe or too prepared!

"Easy to use and administer."

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

In addition to ease of administration and use, pay as you go pricing structure is great. We use only for emergency notifications to staff so while we haven't actually used it often, when we have it has been straightforward and works as advertised. Interface is easy enough for non-technical staff to use.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

Forgive me if this is available and I'm not aware but it would be nice if there was Active Directory integration.

Recommendations to others considering Text-Em-All:

Anyone looking for a text/voicemail blast product should seriously consider Call-Em-All.

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

Use only for emergency notification. Benefit is ease of single notification blast. No more phone tree - which was never used.

"I love Call-Em-All"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

The api is very simple to use for us to create text and call broadcast messages. We use the text to speech conversion and it is spot on.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

Nothing it's really that good. I have no complaints

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

We frequently need to provide emergency communication to 70,000 home owners that my company is responsible for. Things like water, electricity and elevator outages. These communications need to happen immediately. Using the Call-Em-All API makes this ability fast and easy.

"Fast and easy messaging system"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

The Call-Em-All system is very easy to use and has a lot of options to organize your groups.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

I do not like the small limit of characters for a text message of 320 characters.

Recommendations to others considering Text-Em-All:

I think Call-Em-All is an excellent value and very user friendly.

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to contact staff quickly in an emergency and it saves time call individual staff members. Staff like receiving text messages verses being called or receiving voicemails.

"Best system for calling families"

What do you like best about Text-Em-All?

Easy to use and good value for the price. Love the text feature.

What do you dislike about Text-Em-All?

The app could be easier to use, otherwise we have not had any difficulty.

Recommendations to others considering Text-Em-All:

Text em all is by far the best system we have used to communicate. Highly recommend.

What problems is Text-Em-All solving and how is that benefiting you?

Able to quickly send out a message to families in an emergency. Parents can respond to texts. We are getting more responses with sending out texts than we did with voice messages.
