"Fast Onboarding, Customizable Booking Links, and No Paywall for Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Cal ID?

I've been looking for a booking and calendar app to wrangle my 6 different calendars on multiple platforms that did not break the bank. I've tried multiple options and they all end up the same with the actual features you need locked behind an overly expensive pay wall. Cal ID has been a great resource as a founder to provide a booking link that is truly customizable and easy to manage as well. Also, with integrations and customization not locked behind a paywall, it is a time saver in my own daily performance as well as providing the AI needs in our modern day meetings. It took me less than 5 minutes of onboarding to connect all my calendars and setup my personal pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal ID?

It took too long to find them! Nothing to dislike otherwise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customizable and Economical Alternative to Calendly"
5/5
What do you like best about Cal ID?

I love Cal ID for its numerous customization options, which are much more significant than those of Calendly. The team pricing is also more appealing. The round robin feature is a major asset, allowing an external partner to book slots based on the availability of multiple people. Cal ID offers settings like the interval between two appointments and options not available in Calendly, making this tool even more attractive for my use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal ID?

In the onboarding, it wasn't clear what the working hours were, and I had some issues with this point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Flexible Scheduling That Keeps Meetings Organized"
5/5
What do you like best about Cal ID?

What I like best about Cal ID is how simple and flexible the platform feels without losing its powerful features. The setup process is smooth, calendar syncing works well, and the ability to customize booking workflows makes scheduling much more efficient. I also appreciate that it provides features usually only available in paid plans of other scheduling tools, while still maintaining a clean and easy-to-use interface. It really cuts down on the back-and-forth of arranging meetings and helps keep everything organized in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal ID?

One thing I dislike about Cal ID is that some parts of the platform can feel a bit overwhelming at first, especially when setting up workflows or integrations. There’s a learning curve if you’re new to scheduling automation tools. I also noticed that some customization settings could be explained more clearly, as it sometimes takes extra time to find specific options. Other than that, the overall experience has been good. "Cal ID Makes Scheduling Effortless with a Clean UI and Seamless Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about Cal ID?

Cal ID is an excellent scheduling tool that simplifies meeting management. The clean UI/UX makes it very easy to set up event types and share booking links. I especially love the timezone-based availability feature and the wide range of integrations — Google Calendar, Outlook, Zoom, and more all work seamlessly. The onboarding is smooth and the overall performance is fast and reliable. It's a great value-for-money solution for professionals who need efficient scheduling. What do you dislike about Cal ID?

The mobile experience could be more polished, and some advanced customization options for event types are limited compared to competitors. The reporting and analytics section could benefit from more in-depth insights. Occasionally, the interface feels slightly slow when loading integrations. It would also be helpful to have more built-in templates for common scheduling scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple Scheduling Tool That Gets the Job Done"
4/5
What do you like best about Cal ID?

I've been using Cal ID for scheduling and it's been pretty easy to work with. I like having my bookings, availability, and event types all in one place. Connecting it with Google Calendar was straightforward, and overall it saves me time compared to managing meetings manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal ID?

The platform works well overall, but it took me a little time to get familiar with all the settings and options. I'd also like to see more customization in some areas of the booking pages. Other than that, I haven't run into any major issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful customizations that make appointment feel special."
5/5
What do you like best about Cal ID?

I really love the integrations with other software, and how it makes it effortless to stay in touch with my clients. Sending reminders and other service-related messages is simple, and it helps me keep communication consistent. The level of customization is remarkable and flexible, and it helps me gather all the info i need in order to dive deep in my services. the pricing is optimal, since it is packed with features. The servers are optimized, and the support is ready to help in everyday tasks. The menus can seem daunting at first but is the price to pay for the very welcome profoundness needed to make it very personal. The support appears to be AI driven, and is very helpful. What do you dislike about Cal ID?

In terms of what i dislike is the lack of customization for the calendar looks. i can't really feel that the page speaks about my service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cal ID Delivers Premium Scheduling Features Without the Per-User SaaS Tax"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cal ID?

Most scheduling tools lock their best features, like automated reminders, multiple active event types, or payment collection, behind steep per-user paywalls. Cal ID gives you all of this without the SaaS tax. For a lean, scaling B2B agency, having unrestricted access to these tools out of the box is incredible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal ID?

Trying to manage your availability or cancel a meeting on the go is a challenge. The mobile browser version of the admin panel is not fully optimized for small screens. If you’re at a conference or in a car and need to quickly block out the rest of your afternoon, the buttons are small and the layout can break, making emergency calendar management stressful. "Effortless Scheduling That Saves Hours Every Week"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cal ID?

What I like best about Cal ID is how it completely removes the back and forth of scheduling by letting clients book directly through a personalized link synced with all my calendars.

The automated reminders and real-time availability checks have cut down no shows significantly and saved me hours every week.

I also rely heavily on its integrations (Zoom, Google Calendar, CRM tools), which automatically trigger workflows after bookings so I don’t have to manually update anything.

An unexpected bonus is the white label booking page; having my own branded link actually makes the whole experience feel more professional and has improved client trust Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal ID?

What I dislike about Cal ID is that customization and advanced workflows can feel a bit limited.

There’s also a slight learning curve when setting up automation rules or integrations, which can slow down initial onboarding.

I’d love to see deeper customization options, smoother onboarding guidance, and more robust integrations to make it even more powerful for scaling teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Scheduling, Great Value Over Costly Alternatives"
4/5
What do you like best about Cal ID?

I use Cal ID for scheduling meetings and booking appointments, and it makes it easy to schedule meetings as per availability. I like how easy it is to set up the calendar and navigate through it. The automatic meeting links are also a great feature, as they automatically come from the account after scheduling, along with reminder emails. The initial setup was very easy, with a single sign-in using Google. I also appreciate that Cal ID offers unlimited free scheduling, which is more economical compared to Calendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cal ID?

Sometimes it feels like there are a lot of options and it feels like we are lost. It would be nice to make it simple by removing unnecessary things or giving an option if we don't need those features, so the dashboard looks simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
