Busuu has several areas of opportunity. On previous occasions, we have requested the option to track the time spent using the platform and the study time for each student, independently within their profiles.

Another important opportunity is the complexity of the reports: it is very confusing to know which report I should select and which filters I should use. Furthermore, there is no unified and centralized report that gives me all the concentrated information; multiple reports have to be generated and several efforts made to obtain it.

I use Busuu to improve my English. It helps me not to be afraid of judgment and allows me to practice whenever and wherever I want. I also like the simplicity and accessibility of the platform. I particularly appreciate the e-learning section which allows me to choose my level and theme, and organize myself as I wish. Busuu really adapts to the person with a representative level test that directs towards suitable exercises. It may be the part of the courses with teachers that is very different depending on the teacher. For some teachers, it's simply a discussion for 45 minutes on various topics, for others, it's exercises with a presentation. Overall, what we value most is the availability of languages, although the platform could improve further by leveraging AI to develop more options. Partner support is also good: responsive and solution-oriented.

The allocation of licenses is a disaster. The licenses are eventually allocated, but our students still cannot register, or their learning time is not recorded, or the learning times do not match the student's measurement. You must please adjust this. The same goes for viewing the learning time by the registered user themselves. It is so cumbersome that our customer constantly contacts us - we generate the Excel table - search for the learning time and inform our customer.
