Builder Prime is great for the initial setup when bringing new leads and customers into your business.

The fact that you can’t search for a secondary contact is absolutely wild. It’s such a simple thing that should be a very simple fix.

Also if they were to allow the contract templates to be customizable, Builder Prime would go into the next level of CRMs.

I like how intuitive Builder Prime is and how easy it is to use. It's great for actually putting together and seeing what clients are getting, and it helps in piecing together an accurate price. Before Builder Prime, we had a CRM, and estimating platform, a job tracking platform, and a spreadsheet that we used for scheduling jobs. All of that is under builder prime now. Having everything in one place has allowed us to communicate much easier internally and with our customers. Reporting is a lot easier now too.
