"Intuitive AI and Expert Legal Support for Study Permits"
5/5
What do you like best about BorderPass Corp.?

I found BorderPass to be the best and most suitable option. I really enjoy its intuitive, modern, student-friendly user interface and overall software, setup, systems, and approach. I appreciate the diligent lawyer team and the lawyer review process, which helps students provide the documents and information needed for their applications and present the best possible case. I also really enjoyed how the AI tool goes back and forth with students on their statement of purpose. I value the prompt support for students and the institution, as well as the credible information, data, and advice that is always reliable. I’ve also seen increased study permit approval conversion rates from many of our source countries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Structured, reliable workflow for study permit and visitor visa files"
4.5/5
What do you like best about BorderPass Corp.?

The document checklist with required / if-applicable / recommended tiers, the pre-submission QA flags, and the legal review layer. The partner portal lets me follow several client files at once, and the post-submission "Application Services" flow to add or correct documents with IRCC is well designed. Support has been responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BorderPass Corp.?

Pricing surprises during processing. Once a file is underway, BorderPass sometimes adds fees that were not disclosed at the outset — for example when the client has one or more past visa refusals. As a partner, I quote my clients a fixed price up front; going back to them mid-process to request an additional payment damages trust and is commercially awkward. I would like a complete, itemised fee schedule available in the partner portal, listing every conditional charge (refusal history, priority legal review, document additions after submission, reconsideration requests, etc.) so that partners can price their services correctly before opening a file. Secondary points: file size limits are tight and not always stated up front (around 2 MB per file, 3.5 MB total in some flows), so scans often need compression; the agent Copilot session is time-limited; and some date fields use MM/DD/YYYY without a clear indicator, which is error-prone for clients used to DD/MM/YYYY.
