BoldSign offers most of the tools that an individual user needs through their free service, which is great for the casual user or even a small/start-up organization. But they also have really affordable prices for those who are looking for more advanced options, such as templates, more integrations, and automation. I started out with the free account as a way to see if the product was right not only for my organization, but also for my use as a student researcher. In both instances, I was very pleased with how easy it was to use and its affordability. For a small non-profit, the ability to provide the product across our entire team at such a low cost is essential, especially as we consider how we spend donor dollars. Also, we were very pleased with the level of customer support we received from the team at BoldSign. We do not have a large tech team, but rather a single tech person who also wears several additional hats, so for us, being able to reach out to the BoldSign folks for additional support was essential.

When we first began using BoldSign they had not fully integrated Google Drive with the product, so we had a few hiccups at the beginning with that integration. But since then, they have rolled out several improvements based on our feedback and needs, which have been very helpful.

We were searching for over a year for a signature software that we could implement across our organization that was affordable. So many of the systems available were either too expensive for us (upwards of $80+ per user or $5,000+ for our organization) or were't able to integrate with our systems. BoldSign is right-priced for our organization especially with their non-profit pricing and all-team pricing.
