BoldSign is a great solution for our non-profit association. The price is way more reasonable than other platforms, but it has excellent features like templates, security, etc. It also has thoughtful, small features that make life easier: I love how it remembers contacts I've used in the past so I don't always have to copy and paste an email.

No downsides that I've found so far! I've been using for about three months now and it's been all good!

The only hiccup I’ve noticed is with the autofill feature. Sometimes, when you click on the autofill suggestion (which is usually spot on), it doesn’t actually carry over. The selection is made, but nothing shows up—talk about a flow disruptor! It’s a minor annoyance, though, and just means you have to retype the email address. Fingers crossed for a fix in the future!

Work can sometimes get backed up when people are out of the office, but BoldSign comes to the rescue! It solves two big problems: no one gets interrupted by their daily responsibilities, and forms get signed at lightning speed. Efficiency for the win!

BoldSign is a comprehensive e-signature platform that is easy to use and implement. We utilize it daily in our organization, and its functionality has always been top-tier. It offers a service comparable to other industry leaders at a fraction of the cost.

All program participants must sign a contract, and BoldSign makes it easy to track who's received, opened, signed, etc.

How helpful customer support has been. We were able to tell them what we needed, they understood and found the best plan for us, for an excellent price (we are a nonprofit), at a fraction of what we found elsewhere. It is so easy to use, as well as sending the forms out to our members.

The only thing I've noticed BoldSign doesn't offer that would be helpful to have, is the ability to create more than one signer per form. We have parents and children sign some forms, so the parent has to figure out how to change the signature name. It can be done, but the feedback I'm getting is that the form is very easy to fill out, but they didn't know how to change the signature name at first.

We used to have 4 documents all of our members had to print out, fill out, sign, and return in person. We have been able to put 3 of those on BoldSign, making things so much easier for everyone!
