We love how easy it was to set up. As the administrator I was able to add our 30 board members and key staff and easily assign their access to committees. It was easy for our very busy board members to sign up and start receiving notifications from the portal regarding meeting dates, advance materials and minutes.

There isn't much that I dislike. The only issue I ran into was with a few board members changing their email addresses. I had to delete the contact and add them back with the new email address.

Boardable is completely worth it! We tried to implement an in-house portal hosted on our website. We quickly realized it was not ideal to have only our web designer able to upload documents and it was just a one user log-in. This is great because we can tell just how active our board members are and communication goes both ways with Boardable.

We were having issues with board members contacting us about contact information for other board members, length of service and for historical data. Now this is all available to them within just a few clicks.

What I like the best about the Boardable product is the ease of use.

At this point in time I do not have anything that I dislike with this product. We have had internal delays in getting this product off the ground with our Board. We are looking forward to full implementation.

I had trouble with adding the time of our meetings. It kept changing my time zone but it was easy to fix with a little help from the Boardable team.

Most issues have been addressed by Boardable in a timely manner like the ability to invite people outside of the organization to meetings. Having a shared calendar to see all events, not juts your meetings would be helpful.

Removing the silos of email communication has been the biggest benefit. Also, being able to track engagement and involvement.

I am worried about running out of storage but we will cross that bridge if/when we get there.

(1) Providing our board and executive staff with access to information that they need.

(2) Having a depository for our documents for the use of our auditors.
