BleuBadger Reviews & Product Details

BleuBadger is root cause analysis software for manufacturing and quality teams. It is where your lean projects live: fishbone diagrams, 5 whys, gemba walks, brainstorming and corrective action, organized in one workspace instead of scattered across whiteboards, spreadsheets and slide decks. Start a fishbone diagram (Ishikawa or cause and effect diagram) and work the branches with your team. Run a 5 why analysis that keeps every answer tied to the question above it. Record a gemba walk from the floor with photos and notes attached. When a root cause is confirmed, open a corrective action from it, assign owners, set control strength and verify that the fix held. An AI consultant works inside each project. It asks the questions an experienced quality engineer would ask, suggests causes you may have missed, and turns a rough problem statement into a structured, documented investigation. Attach PDFs, drawings and process documents so the AI reasons from your context. Built by lean practitioners for continuous improvement teams that need problem solving tools a quality manager can defend in a steering committee. A free plan lets any team start fishbone, 5 whys and gemba walk projects today; paid plans add unlimited projects, team management and clean exports.
