What do you dislike about BioRender? I did not like the pricing of Biorender. I understand that this is a state-of-the-art software, but is it worth that much ? Biorender has an extensive collection of graphic thumbnails which can be added together to create illutrative and simplified figures for your research papers and presentations. There are thousands of different molecules, cells, tissues, and organs available, with the ability to alter them as needed. My stick figures are fantastic, but they don't provide an ideal image for students to learn the concepts. I have produced illustrations and animations from the detailed artwork developed in BioRender, giving a better experience for my students. The drag and drop feature makes this platform easy to use for beginners. It has templates for common biology phenomenon so you can make high-quality images in seconds. Recommendations to others considering BioRender: If you are making a figure about biology, start with a template (there will most likely be one for what you are looking for).
