What I like most about BigMailer is how easy it is to use while still offering everything I need to grow my business. I connected it to my website without any issues, and it’s become the main platform I use to send bulk emails for all of my events. It also helps me keep my email list organized, so I always have access to my subscribers in one place. Creating campaigns is simple, and I like being able to schedule emails and track how they’re performing. The customer support has been excellent as well. We used mailchimp for 8 years and it got so expensive and the customer support went to hell when intuit aquired them. We looked for another solution and found bigmailer. The customer service there is outstanding, like a real business should be run. Not only switching saved us a lot of $$ but being able to get a human being in a very short period of time really makes a difference. I have been using BigMailer for over a year now. The platform is reliable, robust and easy to use. The level of customer support is fantastic. I am able to completely customise the campaigns based on brand and specific campaign, each with its own trigger based on members being added to different lists. It would help to have the option to import products and have the ability to select them on the fly when creating an email campaign from the template.
