What I like best about BidMachine is the efficiency and professionalism of the team. The operations team is extremely responsive, and any issues or questions are always handled very quickly. What do you like best about BidMachine?

We really appreciate the close relationship with our account manager, who is always there to help. He understands when we don’t want to pursue certain BidMachine features and doesn’t push us. Their commitment to connecting different publishers and gathering product feedback via online discussions is something we value. They are innovative and always searching for new ways to increase revenues, such as their P2P and post-bid projects. We also found the initial setup to be standard. What do you dislike about BidMachine?
