"Human Risk Scoring That Actually Moves the Needle"
5/5
What do you like best about Beauceron Security?

Beauceron's per-user Human Risk Score changes the client conversation immediately. Instead of showing leadership a course completion percentage, we can point to actual risk posture by individual, department, or location — and demonstrate movement over time. The dashboard is clean enough that non-technical stakeholders can read it without interpretation, which is rare in security tooling and saves us a slide in every executive briefing.

The adaptive phishing simulations adjust difficulty based on real user behavior, automatically routing high-risk individuals into targeted remedial training. In K-12 environments where IT teams are stretched thin, that automation is the difference between a program that sustains itself and one that collapses after the first rollout cycle.

Directory sync with Google Workspace and Entra ID kept deployment fast — user provisioning and group assignments stay current without a separate admin workflow, which meant we were live and generating risk data within days, not weeks.

From a cost justification standpoint, the per-user risk scoring gives procurement committees something tangible: a before/after risk profile rather than a seat license renewal conversation. Onboarding support from the Beauceron team was hands-on and responsive throughout — they didn't disappear after the contract was signed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beauceron Security?

The reporting interface, while functional, takes some navigation to get to the views that matter most for executive audiences. A more configurable summary dashboard — something a district superintendent or board member could glance at without needing a walkthrough — would reduce the last mile of internal selling we sometimes have to do on their behalf. More out-of-the-box report templates for public sector and education would also accelerate time-to-value in that segment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosts Cybersecurity Awareness and Employee Readiness"
5/5
What do you like best about Beauceron Security?

I like that Beauceron Security provides a score to show how vulnerable employees might be to cyber attacks, which is really helpful for understanding our security posture. The education part is great because it allows employees to learn and be aware of cybersecurity threats. I appreciate how it trains employees to detect threats and notifies other teams immediately, making the company more secure. The initial setup was pretty easy, and it offers initial courses for cybersecurity education, which is beneficial. The app works great, and it gives a rescore immediately, so I always know where we stand regarding our cybersecurity awareness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beauceron Security?

I think that maybe you should have more courses. So I don't think that we have enough courses every month. At least you should have one new a month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dynamic, Scalable, Measurable Results"
5/5
What do you like best about Beauceron Security?

I appreciate Beauceron’s practical, easy-to-follow cybersecurity training and its ability to promote continuous learning through engaging content and phishing awareness exercises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beauceron Security?

There is very little to dislike about Beauceron Security. The platform has been reliable and effective in supporting our cybersecurity awareness objectives. Most of the challenges we have encountered have been related to the external platforms and systems integrated with Beauceron rather than Beauceron itself. In those cases, the issues were generally outside of Beauceron’s support scope. Overall, our experience with the platform and the support provided by the Beauceron team has been positive. "Exceptional Personalized Service and Customization"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Beauceron Security?

The personalized service has consistently provided quick responses to any questions or issues we have had. The program can be customized to suit our specific needs, and we also have the ability to add custom courses directly within the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beauceron Security?

As early adopters, we encountered some challenges during implementation across our WAN. However, Beauceron provided excellent support as we worked to integrate the system throughout all three parts of our government. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers Employee Cyber Security Awareness with Ease"
5/5
What do you like best about Beauceron Security?

This has been very helpful in educating our employees about cyber security. It made the process of raising awareness and understanding much easier for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beauceron Security?

It would be helpful to have the ability to modify a competition after it has gone live. For instance, we initially set our cyber security month competition to run for two weeks, and the feedback we received was very positive. As a result, management wanted to extend the competition and add a few more levels. Unfortunately, we found that this was not possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Self-Learning Phishing Tests with Powerful Reporting and Scoring"
5/5
What do you like best about Beauceron Security?

The reporting and scoring functions and that it self learns what phishing tests need to happen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beauceron Security?

A bit of setup work on the front end is more than some solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"TELUS Health Review"
3/5
What do you like best about Beauceron Security?

I like the Analyst and the features it comes with for ranking certain emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beauceron Security?

Capability Implement bulk action functionality to mark multiple similar emails from the same sender in one or two steps; Add filters to distinguish between completed investigations and pending cases. With thousands of emails in the queue, the inability to filter by status creates confusion and makes it difficult to track how many cases remain unresolved; Enables investigators to filter emails by category (phishing, spam, legitimate, etc.). This allows team members to focus on specific threat types relevant to their role, improving efficiency and reducing unnecessary context-switching. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Learning and Tailored Phishing Simulations with Detailed Reporting"
4/5
What do you like best about Beauceron Security?

As an end user:

I really appreciate how flexible the learning experience is. I can choose the topics that are most relevant to me, and the courses are short, focused, and easy to complete without disrupting my day.

As an admin:

The phishing simulations are highly tailored to our organization, which makes them far more effective and realistic. I also value the detailed metrics and reporting — being able to see who clicked, how people engaged, and the individual‑level insights helps us understand our risk and improve our overall security posture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beauceron Security?

For some users, simply reporting phishing emails seems to be enough to maintain a good score, while for others the expectations appear different. Because of that, it’s not always clear how the platform evaluates or distinguishes different types of user behavior. At times, I also feel that certain reports don’t provide enough depth to fully understand those differences. That said, this isn’t a tool I spend extensive time in, so I may not be using every reporting feature available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple UI and Outstanding Support Make a Difference"
4/5
What do you like best about Beauceron Security?

The UI is simple and easy to learn. Their support has been nothing but nice and helpful when it comes to issues that I have encountered. Them being located in New Brunswick has also been nice as I have met a few of them at roadshows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Beauceron Security?

The lack of a "set and forget" type of cadence for notices would be a huge benefit where we are a small company and I do not always have time to get newsletters sent out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
