"DSGVO-Compliant Meetings, Needs Better Integrations"
4/5
What do you like best about Batipi?

Its DSGVO-first build is its biggest strength for advertising teams. It enforces recording consent prompts for audience research calls and keeps all footage within EU servers to avoid cross-border data violations. One-click access logs save me hours of manual paperwork when preparing for data protection audits and keep all sensitive consumer insights fully traceable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Batipi?

There’s no native sync with our CRM and analytics platforms, so I manually move over every workshop’s notes and recordings. No pre-made marketing-focused DSGVO audit exports exist. Support waits get extremely long during campaign rushes, and storage caps complicate long-term research archiving. Setup was simple, yet there were no agency-specific privacy presets or dedicated onboarding training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Dashboard Revolutionizes Our Workflow"
5/5
What do you like best about Batipi?

I love having a single dashboard in Batipi that centralizes our inventory, product data, and order processing. It keeps everything synced in real time and saves our team hours of manual work. It gives us a clear, real-time view of our entire operation in one place, which prevents communication gaps and keeps our team perfectly aligned. I also gave it a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend it, because we are very satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Batipi?

The initial setup and onboarding process took a bit of time to get perfectly configured for our specific retail workflows, but it runs smoothly now that it's up. Providing more interactive, step-by-step guided tutorials or video would help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid Training Management with Room for Improvement"
3/5
What do you like best about Batipi?

Batipi’s user-friendly scheduling system and comprehensive progress tracking are major strengths for our daily operations. It seamlessly fits into our blended learning models and keeps all coaching and training sessions well-organized. The dedicated participant dashboards let us monitor each learner’s development goals in real time. We can attach session logs, competency evaluations and learning documents directly to individual programs, which greatly supports our ISO 10015 compliant record management. The streamlined interface also ensures trainers and external corporate clients can navigate the platform without extra training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Batipi?

The reporting functionality falls short for professional training workflows, as it cannot produce tailored detailed reports needed for regular ISO 10015 compliance audits. There is no reliable automation for repeated training courses, so our admins have to recreate identical session entries time and again. On top of that, the built-in storage space is quite limited, creating obstacles when we try to host large video learning content for our blended training programs. "Streamlined Video Meetings, Lacks Deep Analytics"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Batipi?

I really appreciate Batipi's all-in-one admin panel, which allows me to quickly adjust team access rights and export meeting usage metrics with just a few clicks. The stable video feed is excellent for our client presentations, eliminating constant disconnections or lag. I love how Batipi consolidates all video meeting needs into one platform, streamlining user access management. The ability to bulk edit staff accounts in minutes has drastically cut down my admin workload, and exported meeting stats help us identify low-participation departments to improve communication schedules. The steady video feed is great for maintaining a professional impression during client pitches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Batipi?

The built-in report templates are very limited, so I have to rework exported meeting data manually every month. Its third-party integration options are thin, and there’s no native sync with our internal workflow tools. Also, custom branding for client meeting rooms only offers basic color tweaks with no logo layout adjustments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Security and Compliance for Cybersecurity Teams"
4/5
What do you like best about Batipi?

I mainly use Batipi for secure video meetings and client consultations in cybersecurity. What I appreciate most about Batipi is its strong built-in security and GDPR compliance, which is non-negotiable for our cybersecurity work in Germany. The platform is stable and straightforward, with consistent audio, reliable screen sharing, and simple session recording. I don’t have to worry about data leaks or compliance risks during confidential client calls, and the whole team can start secure meetings quickly without a steep learning curve. The initial setup of Batipi was really straightforward and hassle‑free. We created an account, adjusted basic security and GDPR settings, and hosted our first secure meeting in under 10 minutes with no complex technical steps. The dashboard is intuitive, so our team didn’t require special training or IT support to get started. For a security-focused team, this balance of usability and strict data protection makes Batipi really stand out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Batipi?

First, the user and access permission system is too basic. We need more granular controls for sensitive calls—such as restricting screen sharing only to hosts, disabling recording for guests, setting time-limited access for external participants, and creating role-based permissions. Stronger audit logs for tracking who joined, presented, or downloaded content would also help with compliance. Right now, Batipi’s permissions are too general. We need role-based, meeting-specific access rules: for example, blocking all screen sharing for external guests by default, only allowing designated staff to start recordings, and setting one-time or time-limited access codes for third-party partners. This would prevent accidental data exposure during high-risk discussions about vulnerabilities or client infrastructure. During incident-response calls, we could quickly lock down meetings without manually adjusting settings each time, making workflows faster and more secure. As for audit logs, the current version lacks detail. We need logs that track every critical action: who joined and when, who shared their screen, who accessed or downloaded recordings, and who modified meeting settings. These detailed logs are essential for GDPR accountability and internal security audits. Instead of manually documenting meeting activity, we could generate compliant reports instantly, saving time and reducing human error. Additional improvements would include better integration with our security ticketing and cloud storage systems, so recordings and notes sync automatically, and more stable mobile performance for on‑call incident response. These changes would make Batipi not just a meeting tool, but a fully compliant, efficient part of our security operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
