What do you like best about Bambuser?

I like that Bambuser is user-friendly and easy to set up. It provides perfect service for small businesses like ours, which often struggle with limited resources. Bambuser has a proper support team to help implement features and explain how everything should work, which has been really helpful. The interface looks luxurious and is absolutely stunning. For our customers, navigation through the product is easy, making customer interaction smoother. I absolutely love how Bambuser engages with customers, providing support from big to small. What do you dislike about Bambuser?

The pricing structure of Bambuser is quite tough for small businesses. When starting their journey and implementing the software, a lot of budget and work focus on marketing. Balancing investing in software with marketing needs is challenging, especially with limited budgets. The pricing structure feels quite high and luxury for SMEs, making it hard to justify the cost. What do you like best about Bambuser?

My experience working with Bambuser has been extremely positive. From initial implementation to our ongoing strategy, they have truly been a great partner to our business. I most appreciate the level of service they provide to their partners — it feels very personal and not transactional. I also greatly appreciate that they are always soliciting feedback on the platform — and directly using that customer feedback to enhance the platform. The meet ups and in person workshops they host are also great. Not only is it an opportunity to engage with the Bambuser team, but also with other retailers in the space. I don’t think there are many things that I could say I dislike about Bambuser. I do think there are some small functionality / platform enhancement opportunities they have, but that is to be expected with any tech company. What do you dislike about Bambuser?

My one key recommendation would be to add the user’s ability to enable chat or comments in replay. So much engagement takes place in replay, particularly with our DIY business. Over 70% of our community engage outside of the live show and all their rich feedback cannot be enabled and collected. What do you like best about Bambuser?

We use Bambuser as Live Shopping Software since 3 years. The Dashboard is very intuitive and easy to use. It works very smooth and the last years there were several updates to raise the Experience.

The contact and Support is very good. We always have a good conversations and feedbacks. The integration of the Live Show is also very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bambuser?

At the past, i could not do live updates during the show. I don´t know if this is still a problem after the last updates.

The chat moderation tool could be better. If a user get banned, he can come back easily with another name. IP bans were prefered.
