**What do you like best about Bambuser?**

I like that Bambuser is user-friendly and easy to set up. It provides perfect service for small businesses like ours, which often struggle with limited resources. Bambuser has a proper support team to help implement features and explain how everything should work, which has been really helpful. The interface looks luxurious and is absolutely stunning. For our customers, navigation through the product is easy, making customer interaction smoother. I absolutely love how Bambuser engages with customers, providing support from big to small. It's like having an extended part of our own team, helping us implement best practices and making the platform feel indispensable.

**What do you dislike about Bambuser?**

The pricing structure of Bambuser is quite tough for small businesses. When starting their journey and implementing the software, a lot of budget and work focus on marketing. Balancing investing in software with marketing needs is challenging, especially with limited budgets. The pricing structure feels quite high and luxury for SMEs, making it hard to justify the cost. It could be improved to better support and grow SMEs, as it doesn't quite match the scale of small businesses compared to big luxury brands.

Bambuser helps us reach new countries and nationalities, expanding our business and increasing sales. It's user-friendly, easy to set up, and provides excellent support for small businesses with limited resources.

The Bambuser platform is user-friendly for our end-users on a day-to-day basis. My overall experience working with the Bambuser team has been very positive; they show a strong willingness to accommodate our specific needs. The solution itself is scalable, and the product roadmap is developed in close collaboration with clients to ensure both our current and future needs are addressed.

We initially requested more clarity on the metrics / analytics presented by Bambuser to measure the real return on investment. This request has been fullfilled since.

Video (live) streaming can be quite complex, and our business teams heavily rely on it to better showcase their products, spread brand identity, and increase the conversion rates of their e-commerce sites. Bambuser's solutions offer the best answer we can provide to address this challenge.

**What do you like best about Bambuser?**

My experience working with Bambuser has been extremely positive.  From initial implementation to our ongoing strategy, they have truly been a great partner to our business.  I most appreciate the level of service they provide to their partners — it feels very personal and not transactional.  I also greatly appreciate that they are always soliciting feedback on the platform — and directly using that customer feedback to enhance the platform.  The meet ups and in person workshops they host are also great. Not only is it an opportunity to engage with the Bambuser team, but also with other retailers in the space.

**What do you dislike about Bambuser?**

I don’t think there are many things that I could say I dislike about Bambuser.  I do think there are some small functionality / platform enhancement opportunities they have, but that is to be expected with any tech company.  Overall, they provide great customer service and are one of the best in their space!

**What problems is Bambuser solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As video continues to be an increasingly important part of our content strategy, we wanted to have a hub for our customers to be able to view all of this great video that we are creating for her.  Bambuser’s technology allows us to seamlessly host this hub on our site.  As an added bonus, it also allows us to make the shopping journey easy for customers by allowing them to shop the items featured in these videos.

As we searched for a platform to effortlessly connect content, community, and commerce without disrupting the customer experience, Bambuser emerged as the clear solution. It integrated seamlessly into Shopify and Big Commerce, enabling a non-hard sell, natural flow from engagement to purchase.

From back-end user experience to customer facing usability, the platform is intuitive and well-designed. Our teams were up and running quickly, and the learning curve was minimal. Equally important, Bambuser’s commitment to continuous product improvement keeps them ahead in a fast-moving, tech-driven space where consumer behavior changes at the speed of technology.

Most importantly, the platform drove measurable results. With 22% annualized sales attribution, Bambuser became more than a tool—it became a key part of our digital strategy. Reliable, effective, and future-focused, it simply worked.

**What do you dislike about Bambuser?**

My one key recommendation would be to add the user’s ability to enable chat or comments in replay. So much engagement takes place in replay, particularly with our DIY business. Over 70% of our community engage outside of the live show and all their rich feedback cannot be enabled and collected. This makes us wonder how much insight and “connection” we’re losing with our community.

Merging our content creators, their communities and the need to integrate commerce in a way that felt natural was our priority. We are a retailer, but we try to give first with free, live tutorials and classes, therefore creating demand for our products and their proposition. We then needed the "shop while you learn" experience to be frictionless. Bambuser made that possible.

**What do you like best about Bambuser?**

We use Bambuser as Live Shopping Software since 3 years. The Dashboard is very intuitive and easy to use. It works very smooth and the last years there were several updates to raise the Experience.
The contact and Support is very good. We always have a good conversations and feedbacks. The integration of the Live Show is also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Bambuser?**

At the past, i could not do live updates during the show. I don´t know if this is still a problem after the last updates.
The chat moderation tool could be better. If a user get banned, he can come back easily with another name. IP bans were prefered.
It would be great, if there is a posibility to configurate the UI by ourself like fonts, colors and upload logos etc.

**What problems is Bambuser solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need the wide screen Display resolution, because most of our customers are using PC´s. Bambuser solved this for us and it´s very helpful.
Another big point is the posibility to add prices directly to the products.

There are many other features we don´t use at the moment, because we have no ressources at this time.

**What do you like best about Bambuser?**

The best thing about Bambuser is that we can easily assist our customers through video calls. Even though we are remote, it feels almost like talking in person. Everything becomes very personal. Additionally, we reach more customers who might not have visited our physical store.

**What do you dislike about Bambuser?**

The issues we may encounter when using Bambuser include the customer leaving the tab, which causes us to disappear. We can hear the customer, but they can no longer hear us. This seems to be a particular problem for customers calling in from their mobile phones. It also happens that the customer accidentally backs out, thereby ending the call. It would be helpful if the customer received a message saying, 'Are you sure you want to end the call?' Another feature I would like is more statistics, such as the exact time we missed a call.

With Bambuser, we reach more customers. We can assist customers by recommending products, offering additional services, and processing payments, all without the customer needing to leave their home.

Bambuser has separate features on self service on Shopify compared to enterprise direct integrations
But that makes sense, but the dream for both Bambuser and for example Shopify would be to have enterprise features on self service level.

**What do you like best about Bambuser?**

Our team like using Bambuser  because the product is extremely easy to navigate, the tech team is very responsive, and we're able to learn more about our customers through the insights page.

**What do you dislike about Bambuser?**

Our team struggles with promoting products while the video is live because of the show lagging and the video sometimes cuts out at the beginning.

**What problems is Bambuser solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bambuser allows us to have an added touchpoint of brand storytelling on site, while simultaneously encouraging conversion. Additionally, live shopping allows us to create concise edits for occasion specific wardrobe needs to directly show our consumers.

Nothing major to mention, but we do see the need for them to improve Social Selling even more.

We are able to connect with our customers using our online platform and provide them with the same "feeling" that we provide for our customers in stores (Brick & Mortar)
The commercial performance when "converting a online customer to a Live Shopping customer is increased significant.
