While very powerful, these capabilities require experience to use effectively. That said, once this knowledge is in place, the platform proves very stable and scalable. I appreciate the preparatory discussions around the PEPPOL theme, which were constructive and professional. Agreements were always quickly followed up. - Easy to learn: you don't need to be an IT specialist to set-up connections. Someone with reasonable Excel (formula) skills can set up connections with quite complex transformations after dedicating 2-3 days self-training.

- Collaborative: easy to share setups with other companies/people so the work does not have to be done twice. If you don't have sufficient resources to build connections yourself, you can easily outsource to externals and have them work in your environment directly or in their own environment and copy it over to yours afterwards

- Transparant: whether you set up the connections and transformations yourself or have it done by someone else, you still remain "in control" since you have full access to the setup. There is no "black box" as is the case with other software where you always need to have changes done by (and wait for) the software supplier. You can also see how a file is processed in the different steps
