The Azure infrastructure is easily accessible for both professionals as well as hobbyists who like to expand their expertise (where I'd like to mention the $200 free credit use, but _also_ the failsafe of not charging credit cards without permission). The portal is easy to navigate and once again: if you're familiar with the consumer 365 environment then the experience will be very similar courtesy of a default UI setup: access to the different apps in the upper left corner, access to different options from there as well and the "admin options" in the lower left corner.
