What do you like best about Autodesk EAGLE?

Eagle allows me to lay out my board visually and now has 3d modelling, much like Altium. The auto-router works better than most other packages and is genuinely useful. It supports native gestures for Macbooks, so it makes it a joy to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Autodesk EAGLE?

The auto-router is still not perfect and could use some work, and exporting DFM files could be smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Autodesk EAGLE?

Once you've gotten used to it, it's pretty easy to quickly work out a basic sort of circuit board. There's usually also a lot of help out there, if you know where to look, and a lot of the libraries are accurate and worthwhile Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Autodesk EAGLE?

It's not very intuitive, and most of the automated functions don't work out well except on the simplest boards (where you're least likely to need it). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
