"Attio’s Flexible Data Model and Fast UI Make CRM Work Feel Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

Attio's biggest strength is how flexible the underlying data model is. You can create custom objects and build real relationships between them without fighting the tool. Setting up a many-to-one relationship or a join between two objects takes minutes, and records stay cleanly linked across the entire workspace. Most CRMs force everything into a rigid contact/company/deal structure, and Attio just doesn't do that, so you can model the CRM around how a business actually works.

The interface is also genuinely fast. Filtering and sorting large lists doesn't lag, even on workspaces with thousands of records, and the keyboard-driven navigation makes day to day data work quick once you learn it.

The API and developer experience are another real strength. It's well structured and predictable, which makes automations, integrations, and imports straightforward to stand up. Between the flexible schema, the speed, and the solid API, it's one of the few CRMs that gets out of your way instead of dictating how you have to work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

The flexibility that makes Attio powerful also makes it the hardest CRM to onboard people onto. There's a real learning curve. Because you're building the data model yourself, a new user staring at a blank workspace has a lot of decisions to make, and the docs don't always keep pace with how fast the product ships. Non-technical team members tend to need hand-holding before they're comfortable.

Some of the schema work is also locked to the UI. Certain things, like creating relationship attributes between objects, can only be done in the interface and not through the API, which slows down building or replicating a workspace programmatically. A few of the field value formats are also finicky and not obvious until you've hit the error a couple of times.

Reporting is still maturing. It covers the basics well, but if you need deep, highly customized dashboards it's not yet at the level of the older, heavier CRMs. Pricing per seat can also add up quickly as you bring a whole team on, so it's worth planning seat count before you scale. "Attio: The Best Single Source of Truth with Game-Changing AI Workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I love how Attio is a single source of truth for everything in our organization, and that AI is an integrated aspect of every part. The new workflows have been an absolute game changer, and adding our own models that we want to use into separate agents is even more helpful. Overall, Attio as a single source of truth is the best in the game right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

The downsides of using Attio are that it's not as developed in niche areas as maybe some other legacy CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce. For instance, the permission granting and restricting certain people from seeing certain attributes of objects is pretty surface level right now and gets us by, but it definitely could be better. There also aren't as many integrations quite yet with Attio as there are in legacy CRMs, but that's to be expected at this stage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fantastic All-in-One CRM with Intuitive Workflows and Powerful AI Agents"
5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I really enjoy the 'ask attio' feature and how intuitive it is when putting together the perfect workflow suited for my business needs. Attio's custom AI agents make the workflows so seamless and has been a tremendous help in overcoming persistent roadblocks. As for Attio in general, it is absolutely fantastic and its all-in-one features make being a CRM developer an enjoyable experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

Sometimes workflows can lag behind and aren't as fast as other CRM tools when it comes to execution. However, this is directed towards dense workflows so it is not something I am overly fussed about. Also, Attio needs to allow lists to connect to other objects instead of just one in particular. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great features for lead tracking and sales call integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

Attio makes it easy to see where leads are in our sales process, and it also helps me understand where they came from by using the drag and drop tagging feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

Sometimes it can be challenging to see the date in which our lead came in. This can make it hard to determine ROI across multiple months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customizable CRM with Setup Challenges"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I use Attio for CRM and maintaining our pipeline and contact-companies for B2B sales. I like that it helps track multiple email threads and assign tasks to owners while keeping everything visible to everybody. I appreciate the customizability of Attio. The AI is very intuitive and makes it easy to customize the integration without needing to review the whole record history. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

The reports are limited. There should be built-in sales metrics for regular tracking. Initially, it was challenging as there weren't a lot of training materials, onboarding support was limited, and setting up Attio affected productivity since we didn't want to invest a lot of time to learn this new tool and it's very different from the old one, so there was a lot to learn. "Multi Pronged software for sales"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

It is cost effective, relatively easy to use and has a lot of customizability so it can be nice for people who are doing things uniquely. It also serves as a CRM and sequencing tool which is nice (the sequencing portion is very good in my experience). The AI Chat bot is also very helpful because it helps you find anything you need within the platform. Overall, the platform, integrations and support are also very fast and nice to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

The only gripe I have is the attributes in the lists you can make. If you set it up properly it is fine but the default attributes are not ideal for sales work. Also for some reason their is a visibility issue in the platform (for example I cant see sequences or emails my colleagues are sending, it doesnt even give me an option to do so.) "A CRM That Keeps Everything Connected"
5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

What I like most about Attio is how flexible and intelligently designed it feels. It doesn’t feel like a traditional rigid CRM — it feels more like a modern relationship and workflow platform. The UI is clean, fast, and intuitive, and I really like how easily it adapts to different processes without becoming overly complicated. It strikes a rare balance between powerful automation, structured data, and simplicity of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

What I dislike about Attio is that, while it’s extremely flexible and visually polished, it can take a lot of time to navigate through all the layers of information. You often have to extend views, open the contact, then open the company, then dig further into related records just to get the full context. Some information that feels operationally important, like clearly seeing whether a meeting was scheduled with a contact, is not always immediately visible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customizable CRM with Room for Improvement"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I like how customizable Attio is. Being able to just add any field that I want is the most beneficial, and it helps me organize the layout. I also appreciate the ability to have things connect from deals, tasks, people, companies but think there should be better visibility across them all. I'm sure there's a way just haven't dedicated time for that yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

I find Attio extremely clunky, especially when creating dashboards for visibility into numbers and the overall sales organization. I just got help setting up a weighted pipeline with your customer success and that was helpful. Although I had a session with someone from your team that helped a bit, I couldn't believe how many steps were involved. It’s frustrating to get clear, concise reporting. Additionally, it took me a while to get the hang of it since I didn't set it up initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined, User-Friendly CRM for Growing Teams"
4/5
What do you like best about Attio?

I really appreciate the simplicity of the interface in Attio and the flexibility of the tools, along with chat-based AI features. It's kind of like a build-what-you'd-like-it-to-be structure, which suits my needs well. Compared to something like Salesforce, where each page is overwhelmed with information, Attio offers easy access on all pages, which is a big plus for me. I think the simplicity and good structure are what serve me best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

At the moment, I think the variety of views would be helpful. In terms of the layouts for each page. I'm still in the early stages of my usage, so I have not identified any blatant blank spots but yeah, I think perhaps more customization ways, without it costing simplicity, it would be great. "Powerful Yet Simple CRM That’s Easy to Use Out of the Box"
5/5
What do you like best about Attio?

The simplicity is what stands out most. I’ve been managing and consulting on CRM and GTM strategy and systems for a long time, and this is the best solution I’ve seen in the market in quite a while. It’s extremely powerful and can compete with HubSpot and Salesforce when needed, but it’s also easy to use right out of the box, which I think is very rare in this space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Attio?

I think the biggest weakness right now is the lack of integrations. That’s changing very quickly, but there are still plenty of integrations that have to be configured manually. It’s not the end of the world, but it does make the product a bit harder to use than it needs to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
