Astrella is one of those tools that fits right in without the usual setup headaches. it was incredibly easy to get started, an i found myself using it almost daily without needing much guidance. First - implementation. As I am administrator of the system data implementation was the main thing I needed to do. I received really great help and istructions/trainings how to do everything. Onlny problem we had was connected with award letter view, but Astrella team helped us with this.

Second - Platform. It is quite easy to use and intuitive for both - Admin and employee view. It could work faster, I think.

Third - I like customer support, quick and really helpful.

Problem with mobile app (some bugs on Android)

no proper Audit report (where I did what changes, and who was removed from the system with employee details)
