I found the Astra WordPress Theme was the best theme initially because it had all the features to control the header, the footer, and worked very well with Elementor. It also was priced relatively well at $700. It's a good choice if you don't have Elementor Pro, as you can still control the header and footer, with a couple of settings to control some other parts of the site like custom post types. It just lacks features and is a little bit slower than the Hello Theme by Elementor. So for projects that use Elementor, we are geared towards using the Hello theme. The main draw point to the Astra theme for me (years ago!) was it's comparative light weight for the amount of loaded features for my ecommerce application.
