"Serving others before yourself is totally achievable, impactful and rewarding!"
5/5
What do you like best about ASLAN Training and Development?

ASLAN Training and Development covers both solid principles—receptivity, priority and pressure, and lead—as well as practical, hands-on activities (such as role play) throughout the workshop. My team and I appreciate the simplicity of the Other-Centered principles—Drop the Rope, Take the Trip, and Check Your Six—and how clearly they come across in the training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ASLAN Training and Development?

I wish we could have discussed the applications of the Other-Centered principles in more depth. It would also have been helpful to hear more success and failure stories from the trainer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers Training with Practical Tools and Models"
4/5
What do you like best about ASLAN Training and Development?

I really like the adoption of ASLAN Plus, which stands out as something our company is actively trying to promote and get all our employees to utilize. It has been great to have. I also appreciate how ASLAN's training is simple and adaptive across the various verticals and products we sell on presale. The catalyst coaching for managers was an accelerated program, and I appreciated not having to spend multiple days away from the team. Additionally, the other centered coaching model is super applicable and easily replicated, which I find valuable regardless of the product being sold. The revamping of our scorecard process has made it easy and consistent to measure coaching effectively, which has been a significant adoption for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ASLAN Makes Conversations More Natural, Trust-Based, and Effective"
5/5
What do you like best about ASLAN Training and Development?

What I like best about ASLAN Training and Development is that it gives me a practical, human way to have better conversations. The most beneficial part for me has been learning how to lower pressure, create receptivity, and focus on the other person instead of trying to force an outcome. That approach makes my conversations feel more natural, more effective, and more trust-based. What has been most beneficial is how ASLAN helps me improve discovery and influence at the same time. It’s helped me ask better questions, understand what is really driving hesitation or resistance, and respond in a way that keeps the conversation moving forward. Instead of reacting to objections on the surface, I’m better able to uncover the real barrier underneath. The biggest upsides for me are stronger relationships, more confidence in my conversations, and better outcomes. ASLAN helps me communicate in a way that feels collaborative rather than pushy, which builds credibility and makes it easier to earn buy-in. Overall, it has made me more effective at influencing, handling objections, and guiding people toward the right next step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ASLAN Training and Development?

One challenge with ASLAN Training and Development is that it asks you to be very intentional, which can take more effort upfront. The training is valuable, but applying it well requires repetition and self-awareness before it feels fully natural. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Valuable Skill Development but Frustrating Checkpoint Experience"
2.5/5
What do you like best about ASLAN Training and Development?

I like how ASLAN Training and Development helps me in becoming a trusted partner through their training. The concepts like 'drop the rope' and 'taking the trip' have really stuck with me. I found the development part with an AI aspect to be really helpful, especially when combined with the learning checkpoints and the interactive experience with AI. This approach improved my experience beyond just watching videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ASLAN Training and Development?

I think some of the checkpoint questions were a little frustrating to get through, especially because it requires 100% of the answers to be correct. I feel like if I was allowed, like, one error, that would have been a little bit better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionized Our Sales Training Approach"
4/5
What do you like best about ASLAN Training and Development?

I really liked the videos and applied check-ins from ASLAN Training and Development. The training has been super helpful, especially in developing my skills in discovery, which has been challenging for me as a post-sale rep. Learning aspects like 'drop the rope' was refreshing because I find it uncomfortable to push merchants to my side. The training helped me leverage the inherent trust from merchants more effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ASLAN Training and Development?

The knowledge check questions felt a bit 'gotcha'. I prefer the applied approach versus checking how well we remembered the video contents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Training for Objection Handling"
5/5
What do you like best about ASLAN Training and Development?

I use ASLAN Training and Development to better my skills at selling merchants in-store as part of the new verticals outside sales team. It's helping me with objection handling in person, especially with store owners who have repeatedly told us no multiple times. I find the materials for objection handling particularly interesting. I appreciate the Aslan Plus training, and I would do more of the objection handling and closing aspects of the partnership. I am willing to recommend it a 10 out of 10. "Engaging, Real-World Training That Actually Sticks"
5/5
What do you like best about ASLAN Training and Development?

What I value most about ASLAN is how practical and authentic the experience feels. The facilitators clearly have deep expertise, genuinely embody the principles they teach, and foster a welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable joining in. The interactive exercises and discussions really stood out to me, as they encouraged the team to question established assumptions and try out new methods for building trust and influence. At no point did anything seem abstract or overly theoretical; everything was anchored in real-world, practical scenarios, which made the material especially impactful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ASLAN Training and Development?

If anything, the greatest challenge hasn’t been with ASLAN itself, but with the natural difficulties that come from adopting a new methodology. Introducing change—especially to a team unfamiliar with formal frameworks—inevitably brings an adjustment period. Team members need time to build new habits and fully adopt the new approach. While ASLAN has offered support during this transition, as with any major development effort, lasting progress depends on the team’s consistent practice and application. "Solid Training but Nothing New for Seasoned Sellers"
3/5
What do you like best about ASLAN Training and Development?

I enjoyed the perspective on Discovery from ASLAN Training and Development. It helped focus on meeting setting, discovery techniques, and ways to be a consultative seller, which I appreciated since I've always framed myself as a consultative seller and don't care for traditional sales approaches. The AI training seemed like a good way to continue developing, with repetition helping to develop habits, especially honing in on discovery skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ASLAN Training and Development?

I've been through quite a few different training programs for sales, so nothing came as a surprise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helps Me “Drop the Rope” for More Natural, Less Salesy Conversations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ASLAN Training and Development?

I’m working on tweaking the language I use so I can “drop the rope” and make my conversations feel less pushy or salesy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ASLAN Training and Development?

It isn’t always necessary for the conversations I have in my specific role, but it’s still a good habit to develop for the prospects who need a bit more attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
