"Centralized, Transparent Procurement That Strengthens Governance and Collaboration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about APSentra?

What I value most about APS is having all procurement-related information centralized in a single platform and the transparency it provides throughout the decision-making process. APS helps standardize procurement activities, strengthens process governance and compliance, and enables more effective collaboration among all stakeholders involved in the procurement cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about APSentra?

One area for improvement is expanding the supplier database. A broader pool of suppliers would increase competition, improve the chances of receiving competitive offers, and help achieve more successful tender outcomes across different procurement categories. "A unified platform for the entire procurement process"
4.5/5
What do you like best about APSentra?

I like that APSentra provides us with a single place to manage the entire procurement cycle. Previously, requests were in emails and spreadsheets, and no one knew what stage they were at. Now every request, approval, and supplier is placed in one system with the ability to see the status in real-time. The approval process easily adapted to our organizational structure, allowing us to add control without complicating the process. The organized supplier selection process allows us to document options and properly evaluate suppliers, which improves the quality of decision-making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about APSentra?

Some advanced features require separate setup and planning instead of being available by default. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Time-Saving, and Ideal for Tenders"
5/5
What do you like best about APSentra?

I find APSentra quiet intuitive and easy to use, which is really helpful, especially for new users. The ability to copy previous tenders saves us a lot of time when creating new ones. I like that all data becomes visible and available for analysis, and the variety of reports helps us analyze our tenders, spend, and the quantity of participants effectively. The tool's ability to prepare received proposals analysis is extremely helpful. Additionally, APSentra's structured and usable functionality suits different businesses, and great support ensures quick and proper data download. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about APSentra?

The initial setup wasn't easy for us as requesters because we had to gather and analyze a lot of info, but with APS support, all data were downloaded quickly and properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Feature-Rich, Accessible Procurement with Centralized Transparency"
5/5
What do you like best about APSentra?

APSentra has a very feature-rich interface for running procurement, and it’s straightforward to use. The interface is clean and robust, and it feels accessible for a typical middle-market business. A lot of procurement management software can be harder to access, with more complex implementations and higher costs, but APSentra manages to stay both feature-rich and accessible. Also like how everything is centralized: requisitions, approvals, vendors, and budget tracking, so the entire process is much more transparent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about APSentra?

The system itself works very well overall, but it generally handles more structured use cases better. When there are unique requirements, there’s still a need for some IT and implementation involvement. It’s not a major issue, but it would be helpful to have more support in that area. I’d also like to see more use cases that are readily available and deployable out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Instead of chasing approvals and manually compiling information, requests now follow a structured workflow from submission to approval.
