"Aprimo Brings Order to Marketing Content with Powerful Automation and Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

What I like most about Aprimo is how it removes the chaos from managing marketing content. Instead of chasing down files or stressing about version control, everything is stored in one secure place and is easy to locate when you need it. The workflow automation helps keep projects moving forward without constant check-ins, and the AI-powered tagging makes searching for and personalizing content surprisingly fast. On top of that, the budgeting and ROI tools provide a clear view of performance, so you can tell whether your efforts are paying off. Overall, Aprimo feels less like “just software” and more like a reliable partner that helps teams stay productive, consistent, and focused on creating great marketing. What do you dislike about Aprimo?

What I dislike about Aprimo is that it can feel overwhelming at first. The platform is packed with features, and the learning curve is steep if your team isn’t used to working with enterprise-level software. Some of the workflows and configurations take time to set up properly, and without good training, it’s easy to miss out on the full value. I’ve also found that the interface, while powerful, isn’t always the most intuitive, which can slow down adoption for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Feature-Rich but Challenging UI"
4/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

I like how Aprimo removes the chaos from managing marketing content; everything is stored in one secure place and is easy to locate. It saves me an immense amount of time because I no longer have to waste hours digging through emails or messy local folders to find files. I always know I'm grabbing the correct, final version. I also appreciate its heavy integration with Adobe Creative Cloud apps, letting our design team push assets directly into Aprimo without leaving their workspace. Its connection with our Content Management System (CMS) and marketing automation tools allows us to pull approved assets into web pages and email campaigns instantly. We switched to Aprimo because we needed more robust rights management, stricter user permissions, and better scalability for our massive asset library. Once the initial setup was done, Aprimo became incredibly valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

Aprimo is really hard to use. The screens look cluttered, and it's not easy to figure out what to do. Our team had a hard time learning how to use it, and we have to click a lot to get things done. The platform is feature-rich but comes with a steep learning curve. The user interface isn't always intuitive, and it can feel overwhelming for newer team members during onboarding. Simplifying the navigation and making the dashboard layouts more straightforward would heavily improve the day-to-day user experience. The initial configuration required a lot of strategic planning upfront, and setting up metadata fields, taxonomies, and user permissions took a significant amount of time and effort. "Clean, Modern Aprimo Site That Makes DAM Features Easy to Understand"
5/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

What I like best about the Aprimo website is how easy it is to navigate and find information about its Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform. The site has a clean, modern design that clearly explains features such as AI-powered asset management, workflow automation, and content collaboration. I also like that it includes customer success stories, product demonstrations, and detailed feature descriptions, making it easy to understand how Aprimo helps businesses improve content management and marketing operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

One thing I dislike about the Aprimo website is that it can feel overwhelming because it contains a lot of information and technical terminology. Some pages are text-heavy, making it harder to quickly find the most important details. I also think the navigation could be more straightforward, as it sometimes takes several clicks to locate specific product information or pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Great Tool for Organizing and Accessing Marketing Assets"
5/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

What I like best about Aprimo is how it centralizes all our digital assets in one place, making it easy to find, manage, and share materials across teams. It really improves efficiency in my day-to-day work, especially when dealing with multiple campaigns and stakeholders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

One area that could be improved in Aprimo is the search and filtering experience. While it works well overall, sometimes it can take a bit more time to find very specific assets, especially when dealing with a large volume of content. Enhancements in speed and more refined filters would make the experience even more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

Right now in our process with Aprimo, I have had no complaints through our onboarding process. Scheduling training was harder to navigate because of the time constraints. However, most of those issues were internally with aligning the right people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Premium Solution with Potential for Better Startup Packages"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

I like that Aprimo feels and looks premium. As a marketer, I really appreciate the way it allows us to manage big campaigns where no risks can be taken, making it a worry-free experience. The platform's ability to handle 4k projects effectively and gather many tools in one place stands out to me. It centralizes every aspect in one form, including workflows, content, etc. The system looks understandable for a marketer or an expert and serves the way it's designed for, making it quite amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

I guess the fact that it doesn’t suit much small young startup businesses, due to the pricing options. I would like a more suitable bundles for startups and demos or trials. Newcomers would need more easy user interfaces or demos on their emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Image Management with Room for Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Aprimo?

I like the search functionality of Aprimo, I think it's very detailed, and being able to customize that is very nice. I also really enjoy using the user groups in spaces to separate out who gets access to which assets in our database. I think the overall design of Aprimo is pretty straightforward, and I do enjoy the newer updates with utilizing AI more and the search capabilities, like remembering your last search and finding similar images related to the ones you're searching for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aprimo?

I wish there were the ability to have folders within collections or more detailed organization of collection spaces because right now, if it's in a collection, it's just there and that's it. I'd like there to be different subsections within collections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
