Having very less SEO options and poor accessibility for search engine crawlers is a big drawback. Hard and difficult to learn and understand compared to others web development. My main irritation with Angular is the complex debugging of libraries. If you opt to create a shared library, and wish to make modifications to that shared library, it seems the only way to test your changes are to compile the library, install it in a working project and use that to view the changes. I haven't found anything I dislike about so far, everything has been great. It was a little tedious to get over how directives were being used and how components are used.
