There are two disadvantages. One it works well only in Amazon ecosystem with AWS it is not that flexible and ui in terms of tool like tableau or power bi. Also it cannot be customized much according to need. Advancced use cases are difficult to solve. New features have been added to Amazon QuickSight, including the new QuickSuite UI. Features like chat/AI search make it easier to learn more about reports, and they help users a lot.
