What do you like best about Agility PR Solutions?

I like the idea of the email tracking/analytics, the reporter search functionality, and the ability to save searches, lists, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agility PR Solutions?

I don't feel like the media monitoring is that effective - I get better results with Google Alerts. And I am not impressed by the analytics that the email service returns, the open rates seem low. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Agility PR Solutions:

Have the manpower to fully utilize all of the capabilities before you make the investment. It can do a lot, but for a 1-person marketing/PR team, it's hard to get much out of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agility PR Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

Growing our PR efforts was our main goal, and we have made a few connections using Agility. It's probably our own internal issue that we haven't done better using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
