The only thing we use the system for is to identify media contacts so we can start forming relationships with them. There is a huge number of contacts in the database, from almost any vertical Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The data sometimes isn't as 'clean' as it could be. Some contacts have moved on, some businesses don't even exist anymore. These issues are to be expected with something of this size, but that would be my one complaint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
