Interface is very easy to use and makes sense. I have refined my searches over months of use and it truly catches just about everything I'm looking for. My team has been sending more frequent media reports to our clients because it no longer takes hours and hours to hunt everything down. Additionally, the media briefing tab, where you can send direct links to things you've saved, is very helpful.

Occasionally, it will not find a hit that should be very obvious (for example, a local TV station will have a package online that Agility will find during the actual broadcast, but did not find the link -- even though the story text also lives online). In those cases, I will go add the hit manually.

We have previously not had a consistent, easy-to-understand way to measure media hits. Other software was either more difficult to use, or did not find the number of hits we felt it should find. I'm now sending a weekly report for the whole health care system, which is helping to show leadership the value of the work we do in setting up media opportunities.
