I really like the platform and find it easy to use and navigate. The metrics and analysis for reporting are great. Agility PR Solutions has a larger database of media contacts and is more widespread. The AI tool is very helpful. The initial setup was very easy and clear. I like the support we have with Louis Gray who is really helpful and always available.

There are sometimes contacts with generic news desk emails which is unhelpful. I wish for specific contact details, not just for newsdesks.

Some small UX issues that require extra work or steps (adjusting sentiment, for example), and the platform occasionally misses mentions. When this happens, we need to manually add coverage and lose a lot of the stats we need, such as impressions and AVE.

I find the platform unintuitive and I don't think I get the full uses I could out of it.

The system does a great job of gathering our media coverage and filtering out bad results. The search function is easy to use and the media coverage is up to date. The tech support and customer service is excellent and staff members are very friendly and helpful!

The biggest issue we continue to have is cutting off long broadcast clips. These longer clips are usually the most important ones that we want to highlight to management so it can be frustrating to not be able to access and edit them right away. Also, the media briefing component is pretty difficult to use and customize. I would use it a lot more often if it was more intuitive and it might even be able to replace the media reports I compile regularly for executives.

One place to collect all our media coverage instead of having to use several different search tools.
