They are responsive to questions and have enabled our team to focus resources on building our product, rather than needing to build out an IT team to manage everything on our own. What do you dislike about Agency? Agency's business is centered around providing managed security and compliance and they do not have their own endpoint device software. As such, they utilize commercial software to provide the security monitoring which limits how much control is available over the specific software functionality.
