"Animate was great 8 years ago.. but not for the time being"

0.5/5

What do you like best about Adobe Animate?

It's beneficial to design and animate using a GUI and get the production code with a click of a button. The ability to create interactions and relationships between the elements in your canvas is also one the most important features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Adobe Animate?

The production code was very complex and not easy to maintain. There was no clear workflow for you to update this code from within Animate. In addition, I encountered many bugs in the browser and was not always able to fix them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Adobe Animate solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem that Animate is trying to solve is the difficulty of creating complex animations via coding. In Animate, creating a timeline of different animations based on specific interactions was easy without writing any code. It's also great in providing you with a production code of your animation file to use directly in your project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
