What do you dislike about AdminDroid?

It's great to know they are actively developing reports, but the message that seems to appear every time I use it to tell me about new reports that have been added can become annoying. What do you like best about AdminDroid?

I like how AdminDroid integrates Microsoft 365 data in one place, saving me from jumping between various Microsoft portals. The ability to customize reports has been very helpful and saves a lot of time compared to writing graphs for every report. I appreciate the scheduled reports and the in-depth data it provides, which also save a lot of time. AdminDroid is user-friendly with customized dashboards and presents almost everything on one pane of glass. What do you like best about AdminDroid?

What I like most about AdminDroid is the depth of reporting it brings together for Microsoft 365 in one place. I use it regularly to pull sign-in logs, admin activity, mailbox changes, and security events without having to jump between the Entra, Exchange, Purview, and Defender portals.

The biggest value for me is being able to export detailed reports to CSV or PDF and retain historical data. That makes it much easier to produce evidence for cyber insurance, Cyber Essentials, and internal security reviews, and it has saved me a lot of time compared with writing custom Graph scripts for every report.

I also rely on scheduled reports, which let me generate regular audit outputs automatically. This way, I always have up-to-date security evidence available without needing to run manual checks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AdminDroid?

What I like best about AdminDroid is how easy it makes Microsoft 365 reporting. Instead of digging through complicated logs, everything is organized into clear dashboards and reports. What do you like best about AdminDroid?

What I appreciate most about Admin Droid is how quickly I can access the data I need. While I do enjoy using PowerShell, I simply don't have the time to master every aspect of it. What do you dislike about AdminDroid?

I find that some of the language used in the interface is contradictory, which makes it unclear what the intended meaning is. However, I do appreciate that admin Droid offers quick and responsive tech support, and I like that they allow users to submit feature requests. There are a few features I would like to see added, and I have already submitted my suggestions. Now, I am interested to see how these might be addressed in their development roadmap. What do you like best about AdminDroid?

I like how AdminDroid provides quick navigation and fast access to data, making it easy to check user 365 usages and manage email traffic efficiently. I appreciate the ease of use, as everything is labeled and functions quickly. The support is quick, which is really helpful. Additionally, the AI integration is great because it generates what we need. The initial setup was more than easy, and that made starting with AdminDroid a breeze. When the setup fails, there’s very little documentation available to troubleshoot the problem without contacting support. Support was excellent in addressing the issue, but having more troubleshooting steps provided up front would likely have shortened the time I needed to spend with support. We like AdminDroid for its ability to centrally monitor and report on multiple M365 tenants from a single, well-organized console. This feature saves us time and improves visibility across all our clients. I also appreciate the detailed visibility it provides across multiple customer tenants without having to switch portals, allowing us to quickly identify issues and review audit activity. The alerts and reports generated are timely and useful. Since we are still fairly new to AdminDroid, there is a lot to learn and we haven't identified any major issues so far.
