What do you like best about Adit?

What I like best about Adit is the fact that it makes contacting patients so much easier for the reason that whenever I need to reach a patient about their insurance, I have prefabricated templates that I can just use instead of typing out a lengthy text every time, I can just use my template and enter the info as needed and send it to the specific patient. What I value most about Adit is how its core features directly improve our daily workflow. The appointment scheduling system, combined with automated reminders, has significantly reduced the time our team spends on manual follow-ups and has helped lower no-show rates. The patient communication tools—especially text messaging and live chat—allow us to respond quickly and keep engagement high without relying heavily on phone calls.

What do you like best about Adit?

Good communication software that integrates smoothly with my dental management software (Dentrix). It works very well and comes with several additional positives, like Practice Analysis, AI Call Intelligence, and reports. The mass texting feature is huge for filling broken appointments and keeping the schedule on track. There pricing is the best in the market compared to other competitors. I saved about $200/month for the services they provide compared to other companies I have used in the past. Their support and quality control has been very good. I have no complaints there. What do you like best about Adit?

I have had the opportunity to work with this company for over three months now, and I’m very happy to say they are above and beyond great! Adit is simply the best and most cost-effective practice management software currently available, in my opinion. I moved over from Weave, which was awful for various reasons and far overpriced in comparison. The things I love about Adit include: the office phones, the software itself (both desktop and mobile phone apps), the highly responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable customer support team, as well as the pricing which is absolutely reasonable for the total added value it brings to our practice. If you are on the fence about trying Adit for your business or practice, do yourself a huge favor and try them out, the results will speak for themselves. Highly recommend! I like that Adit is an all-in-one platform that makes patient care, scheduling, and payments easier to manage in one place. It's reliable, easy to use, and keeps improving with new features like AI. I appreciate how the AI features have made certain tasks faster and more efficient, especially when the office is closed. Whenever we have issues, they respond as quickly as they can. Adit includes everything from payment processing to patient management tools, which keeps everything in one place instead of switching between different systems. What do you like best about Adit?

I use Adit for patient communication which allows us to communicate effectively and efficiently with our patients and helps us to keep our schedule full. I appreciate that we don't have to spend nearly as much time on the phone confirming patients, or on inputting patient information into the computer. I find their price point most appealing; it is a great value. The easy customization of patient forms has been a major benefit. The customization allows me to really cater the software to my dental practice and make it fit for me. The customization also lets me tune appointment reminder notifications to what works best for my patient base. I also think Adit's email marketing campaigns will help in future expansion. What do you dislike about Adit?

There are many hiccups: the interface is bulky and clunky, the mobile app doesn't replicate the functionality of the desktop app. The constant need to contact our rep to fix things like voicemails getting cut off, calls getting dropped, people being on the phone for several rings before we get one ring, super slow app and website portal, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Adit is an excellent all-in-one platform that makes managing our practice much easier. If I had to pick my "top 5" favorite things, it would be:

1. automated patient texts and reminders that reduce no-shows,

2. online scheduling and digital forms that save time,

3. a clean, user-friendly interface,

4. having payments, communication, and scheduling all in one place, and

5. a responsive support team that’s always improving the product.
