"Incredible for Small Businesses"

5/5

What do you like best about Action1?

Action1 is free for up to 200 endpoints, making it ideal for small businesses. Running software updates and scripts remotely works seamlessly, and the built-in reporting is excellent. The ease of use and implementation are standout features, and the discord server for support is responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Action1?

The remote access feature is limited compared to others, which is understandable since Action1 is a patch management solution, not a full RMM. Also, the built-in software repository could include more applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Action1 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Action1 helps address several critical issues, including fixing vulnerabilities and ensuring consistent software deployment across all endpoints. The endpoint data reporting feature provides valuable insights, while remote support capabilities enhance our ability to assist users quickly. Additionally, Action1 offers alerts for endpoint resource exhaustion, such as RAM usage and disk space, which helps us proactively manage system performance and prevent potential issues.
