"Great remainder"
5/5
What do you like best about Achievers?

The platform makes peer-to-peer recognition simple and immediate. I like that I can send a meaningful "thank you" tied to company values in just a few clicks, and the recipient gets points they can actually redeem for rewards they care about. The reward catalog is broad (gift cards, merchandise, experiences), and the social newsfeed makes recognition visible across the team, which reinforces a positive culture. The mobile app and Slack/Teams integrations also make it easy to recognise colleagues without breaking workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

The user interface can feel a bit cluttered at times, and navigating the reward catalog could be smoother — search and filtering aren't always intuitive. Points redemption sometimes has delays, and certain rewards show as available but are out of stock at checkout. Reporting and analytics for admins are useful but could offer more customisation. Occasional notification overload (emails for every recognition) is another small annoyance, though it is configurable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Great Recognition Tool"
5/5
What do you like best about Achievers?

I love the fact that I am able to recognize people for their collaborations and that everyone in the organization is able to view and Boost the recognition. This allows people to not only receive points for different products, but it also allows people from other departments to see the positive work that each individual contributes to ensure the organization runs smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

This may be something with my organization specifically, but I hate that I am only about to recognize two people each month, so I am not able to boost other recognitions. I wish there was Recognition pool and a Boost pool of points to pull from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Motivates with Rewards but Needs Notification Tweaks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Achievers?

I like how Achievers allows managers to boost a recognition, giving you points that can be exchanged for actual things like computers, headphones, or gift cards. It's like getting another form of financial recognition outside of your salary. It makes me want to do my job better. Also, the initial setup was pretty good and pretty easy, making it smooth for everyone to get onboarded and recognized in their new roles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

I feel like sometimes the notification doesn't remind you when, for example, someone else is having their birthday or something like that. So I feel like that could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Achievers Makes Real-Time Employee Recognition Easy and Motivating"
5/5
What do you like best about Achievers?

What I like best about achievers is its user-friendly employee recognition platform that makes it easy for teams to celebrate achievements in real time. The social recognition features, rewards marketplace, and engagement insights help improve employee motivation, workplace culture, and overall employee satisfaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

One drawback of achievers is that the platform can feel overwhelming for new users due to its wide range of features. Some organizations may also find the rewards catalog limited in certain regions, and customization options can require additional setup and administrative effort. "Easy to use"
5/5
What do you like best about Achievers?

What I particularly appreciate about Achievers is that it makes it easier to see the contributions and efforts made in our daily work, and it fosters a culture where we can freely express gratitude and praise to one another. In our day-to-day work, we tend to focus on the tasks right in front of us, but Achievers gives us an opportunity to take a fresh look at the support we receive from others and our contributions to the team. I also feel that recognizing someone’s efforts not only boosts their motivation but also helps create a positive atmosphere for the entire team. I believe it’s incredibly valuable as a system that allows us to naturally express “thank you” or “that really helped” in our daily work, rather than relying on formal evaluations. Another appealing aspect is that it allows us to acknowledge each other’s positive actions across departments and positions, which I feel helps foster a sense of unity and improve engagement throughout the entire organization. What do you dislike about Achievers?

Point values sometimes feel limited and unclear. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Uplifting Recognition That Boosts Morale and Motivation Every Day"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Achievers?

Achievers is honestly one of the most uplifting platforms I’ve ever used! I love how easy it is to celebrate the amazing work happening around me, and sending appreciation feels just as good as receiving it. Every time I read through the recognition others give and receive, I can’t help but feel inspired—it’s like a constant stream of motivation that pushes me to go above and beyond. Achievers doesn’t just highlight great work; it boosts morale, builds connection, and genuinely makes me excited to contribute my best every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Recognition & Seamless Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Achievers?

Achievers is fantastic for employee recognition, allowing everyone to congratulate colleagues on a job well done and earn points for rewards in the Achievers shop. The platform functions perfectly with no issues navigating or working through the portal. I love the ability to share recognition across the entire organization and highlight individuals on a social timeline. Setting it up is very simple, with no issues integrating within the Microsoft Teams app store. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

The selection could be widened. There is also a premium fee on certain gift cards, such as Amazon, which makes achieving these rewards less appealing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"a genuine way to say "thank you""
5/5
What do you like best about Achievers?

What I like best about Achievers is how simple it makes giving and receiving recognition. It feels like a positive social network for work. I can quickly send a ‘High Five’, add a GIF or photo, and it immediately boosts morale. The mobile app works great on the go, the rewards catalog is excellent, and seeing the community feed full of shoutouts from people across the company creates a real sense of belonging and teamwork. It’s genuinely made our workplace culture more positive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

There isn’t much I dislike, but the mobile experience could be a little smoother and more intuitive. A few minor UX improvements would make it perfect Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Achievers is AWESOME!"
5/5
What do you like best about Achievers?

I like that you are able to recognize colleagues and be recognized for helping others, going above and beyond, making things happen, etc. In return you earn points that you can use to purchase rewards or gift cards to use as you please. I am always purchasing Amazon cards because they are very easy to connect to my Amazon account so they are ready to use when I want to shop! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

There is not much to dislike! The only complaint I have is that once I bought an espresso machine through the catalog and one of the parts was broken. It was very difficult to return for a credit/refund. I had to prove that I did not break it! I had to send many emails and pictures and after much back and forth with customer service and those in my company that run the program I finally got my points re-instated.

That's why I now buy a gift card instead and buy the item wherever I want. I liked when the cards were actual cards as sometimes its difficult to use virtual cards with some vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Achievers?

Recognition can feel inconsistent – some employees receive frequent recognition while others may be overlooked, which can reduce fairness.

Quality vs quantity – sometimes recognition feels generic or automated rather than meaningful and personalised.

Overuse of the platform – if used too frequently without clear purpose, it can lose impact and feel routine.

Reward value perception – the points or rewards don’t always feel equally valuable to everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
