The platform is designed for SMBs, digital-native startups, enterprises, developers, IT teams and AI or machine-learning teams that need to deploy and manage infrastructure without purchasing and maintaining physical hardware. AceCloud operates as an Infrastructure as a Service platform and also provides managed cloud capabilities for databases, Kubernetes, virtual desktops, backup and recovery. Customers can use AceCloud to provision virtual machines, high-performance compute and NVIDIA GPU instances for application hosting, AI and machine learning, analytics, rendering and other compute-intensive workloads. The platform also includes managed Kubernetes, managed databases, block storage, object storage, snapshots, backups, private networking, public IPs, load balancing and related infrastructure controls. Resources are offered through standardized configurations and can be scaled according to workload, performance and capacity requirements. The server is stable and the website performance has been consistent. Setting up the instance was pretty easy and the dashboard is simple to use, so managing the server doesn't take much time. We have also connected it with our regular tools like SSH, Git and monitoring services without any issues. Everything worked fine and we didn't face any major compatibility problems. Whenever we had a small query, the support team replied quickly and helped us out. Overall its been a reliable cloud platform for our website and the pricing also feels reasonable. **What do you dislike about AceCloud by RTDS?** We have not faced any major problems so far. If I had to mention one thing, I would say the dashboard takes a little time to get used to because there are many options. Also some setup guides could have a bit more detail. Other than that, everything has worked well for us. **What problems is AceCloud by RTDS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using AceCloud, we wanted a cloud platform that was easy to manage and could handle our website traffic without performance issues. With AceCloud Standard Instance, we got a stable hosting environment and good uptime. It has made server management much easier, and we spend less time worrying about infrastructure. The website runs smoothly, updates are easy to deploy, and overall it has been a reliable solution for our daily operations. ### 2. The underlying infrastructure is also built on powerful enterprise tools, which makes it easy to trust its stability. We are using Compute, Storage and Kubernetes services largely for the Hosting of AI Applications of E42.ai. **What do you dislike about AceCloud by RTDS?** No point of dislike - But we may seek for the faster delivery of the Managed Isolated VPC creation and capability to deploy Compute, Kubernetes and storage services in that ISolated VPC. **What problems is AceCloud by RTDS solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are many CSPs in the market, but many of them come with drastically high charges for their services. With AceCloud, on the other hand, you get cost benefits along with high-performing infrastructure. ### 3. We have been with AceCloud as the team is very proactive and are there 24*7 as they commit. **What do you dislike about AceCloud by RTDS?** No issues as of now. The billing part can be more streamlined. Rest is fine as Sahasrara team is connected with the AceCloud team whenever help is needed. **What problems is AceCloud by RTDS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were facing pricing issues with Yotta, the cost spikes were unpredictable before. AceCloud has a pay as you go and predictable pricing model which has helped us to manage the costs better. ### 4.
