AceCloud by RTDS Reviews & Product Details

AceCloud by RTDS is a cloud infrastructure platform from Real Time Data Services that provides on-demand computing, GPU, storage, networking, database and container services. The platform is designed for SMBs, digital-native startups, enterprises, developers, IT teams and AI or machine-learning teams that need to deploy and manage infrastructure without purchasing and maintaining physical hardware. AceCloud operates as an Infrastructure as a Service platform and also provides managed cloud capabilities for databases, Kubernetes, virtual desktops, backup and recovery. Customers can use AceCloud to provision virtual machines, high-performance compute and NVIDIA GPU instances for application hosting, AI and machine learning, analytics, rendering and other compute-intensive workloads. The platform also includes managed Kubernetes, managed databases, block storage, object storage, snapshots, backups, private networking, public IPs, load balancing and related infrastructure controls. Resources are offered through standardized configurations and can be scaled according to workload, performance and capacity requirements. The platform gives customers a central environment for selecting services, monitoring deployed resources and managing cloud infrastructure across different workload types. AceCloud supports organizations moving applications from on-premises infrastructure or other cloud environments, as well as teams launching new cloud-native workloads. Common use cases include business application hosting, database deployment, development and testing, virtual desktop delivery, AI model training and inference, data analytics, backup, disaster recovery and containerized application management. Customers can manage services through the AceCloud platform, while optional migration, architecture, optimization and technical support are available when additional assistance is required. AceCloud also provides service-level commitments, security and compliance controls, predictable pricing options and 24/7 support for production workloads.

"Stable, Reliable Cloud Infrastructure with Excellent Support"

4.5/5

What do you like best about AceCloud by RTDS?

We at Mtech India Private Limited has been using AceCloud servers for more than 2 years and has had a very good experience. The cloud infrastructure is stable and reliable, with good performance and satisfactory SLA. Their support team is responsive, professional, and quick to resolve issues. Overall, a reliable cloud service provider with excellent support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AceCloud by RTDS?

Services are going smooth and we are not facing any issue as of now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AceCloud by RTDS solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were with azure before and there we were facing support issues and the prices were quite high. After we moved to AceCloud and started using their VMs for our clients... we saw how available their support team is at time of need or any issue. Their 24*7 support has been great. And when it comes to pricing, they are better than hyperscalers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, Stable Hosting with an Easy-to-Use Dashboard"

4.5/5

What do you like best about AceCloud by RTDS?

We are using AceCloud Standard Instance for our website getinfra.cloud and so far its been a good experience. The server is stable and the website performance has been consistent. Setting up the instance was pretty easy and the dashboard is simple to use, so managing the server doesn't take much time. We have also connected it with our regular tools like SSH, Git and monitoring services without any issues. Everything worked fine and we didn't face any major compatibility problems. Whenever we had a small query, the support team replied quickly and helped us out. Overall its been a reliable cloud platform for our website and the pricing also feels reasonable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AceCloud by RTDS?

We have not faced any major problems so far. If I had to mention one thing, I would say the dashboard takes a little time to get used to because there are many options. Also some setup guides could have a bit more detail. Other than that, everything has worked well for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is AceCloud by RTDS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using AceCloud, we wanted a cloud platform that was easy to manage and could handle our website traffic without performance issues. With AceCloud Standard Instance, we got a stable hosting environment and good uptime. It has made server management much easier, and we spend less time worrying about infrastructure. The website runs smoothly, updates are easy to deploy, and overall it has been a reliable solution for our daily operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

4.5/5

What do you like best about AceCloud by RTDS?

The performance of the Compute and Kubernetes services is top-notch, and we get 3rd Gen/4th Gen software at a much lower cost than any CSP in the market. The underlying infrastructure is also built on powerful enterprise tools, which makes it easy to trust its stability. We are using Compute, Storage and Kubernetes services largely for the Hosting of AI Applications of E42.ai. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AceCloud by RTDS?

No point of dislike - But we may seek for the faster delivery of the Managed Isolated VPC creation and capability to deploy Compute, Kubernetes and storage services in that ISolated VPC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
