## About AccreditedNow
AccreditedNow provides accredited investor verification letters signed by a licensed CPA, for use under SEC Rule 506(c). Rule 506(c) requires issuers to take reasonable steps to verify that every purchaser is accredited. One of the safe harbors the SEC provides is written confirmation from a licensed professional -- a registered broker-dealer, an SEC-registered investment adviser, a licensed attorney, or a certified public accountant. AccreditedNow operates on that route: investors upload their documents through a secure link, a licensed CPA reviews them, and a signed letter is issued. For individual investors, verification is $99, with an optional $29 Priority 24-Hour add-on. The CPA typically signs within 24 hours of receiving a complete submission; end to end, most verifications complete in two to three business days. The Priority add-on converts that into a commitment: the letter is issued within 24 business hours of a complete upload, or the add-on fee is refunded. For sponsors and fund managers running a 506(c) raise, verification seats can be purchased in packs so investors verify at no cost to them: 5 seats for $445, 10 for $790, 25 for $1,725, 50 for $3,250, and custom pricing from $59 per seat at 100 or more. Seats do not expire and are not tied to a single deal. Pack customers get a branded verification link and a live dashboard showing which investors have started, completed, or stalled. Entity verification -- LLCs, self-directed IRAs, revocable trusts, and SPVs -- starts at $199 covering up to two entities, with additional entities at $59 each. Entities qualifying under the $5 million investments test are $499. AccreditedNow LLC is not a law firm or a CPA firm. Verification letters are signed by a licensed CPA.
